"The hostel is new and very nicely designed in a good area, 1 block from Zurriola surf beach and under 10 min walk to the old town. Bare essentials kitchen and good wifi everywhere. There is a bar/cafe downstairs and the actual dorms are right next door in a residential apartment so you need to be peaceful in there. The owners David and Haritz are two of the nicest, hospitable guys you'll ever meet who will make your stay a memorable one. Also try the salmon toastie!"

"It was a surprise to find this hostel in hotels.com, since these kind of lodging usually doesn't appear on the search. First of all, this is not a place for everyone. If you like confort, cleanliness, gourmet food and having your own personal place, then this place is not for you. Having said this, I absolutely loved my weekend here! "Upon arrival - greeted with extremely friendly staff, and this continued throughout the stay. We came to surf, and found that this hotel was situated perfectly between both main beaches. We stayed in room 702 and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Loads to do in the area, for both the dry and odd wet day that we experienced! Definitely looking forward to coming back to Biarritz, but more importantly to Le Grand Large 🏄‍♂️🏄‍♀️"
