The property is beautiful. Room was very comfortable and eveyything was top quality. The staff was very friendly. We landed very early morning and reached the hotel at 7am. They made sure our room was ready that early and provided us with free early check in.

The property is overall very nicely located and easy to travel from. It was clean and the bathroom was very spacious. However the service left a LOT to be desired😖!
Here are a couple of examples: once when asked the doorman to call us a cab he just pointed to the taxi driving by and said that you will find it there! How unprofessional!!
Also we were leaving early for a trip so I asked them to provide some croissants or something to the room ( mind you this is a hotel that does full breakfast) and they refused since it was about 10 minutes before 7 — there usual time😟. In summary facilities and location good customer service bad!

"The check in was available earlier than mentioned on the website which was fantastic from the start. The room was very modern and clean and I had a great view from my balcony. I was traveling on business and the location next to the tube station was perfect for me. The location itself is also great. ..."
