"Hotel was disappointing. We booked the largest suite with the rooftop terrace that we were not allowed to use. They told us it had safety issues. So we paid for the terrace but got no terrace and no reduction in price. The shower did not drain so flooded every time we took a shower, even when it was just 5 minutes. "We stayed in one the apartments/studio in Port Soleil. Older unit, no WiFi but it did have AC. A two star accommodation by US standards. "
