"Our room was spacious, beds were really comfy.. but our microwave and refrigerator were dirty. Even had items left inside. The floor had missing tiles going to the adjoining room. We put a towel over floor section so we didn’t cut our feet when walking.. sadly- the pool had issues, and we weren’t able to use pool on our trip. We paid for location, but that’s it.. wasn’t worth the amount we paid. Not sure we would go back to this hotel while in the area.. "

"The air conditioner was not working properly to put out cool air only the fan was running on it and our room was really humid on the 80 degree day we stayed there. It was uncomfortable to sleep with our room that hot."

"We had a great stay at the Graduate Hotel. Everyone we encountered was so nice, especially the people at the front desk. The room was adorable, with cute touches like the Ohio throw pillow and blanket. The lobby had lots of different seating areas, which made it a nice place to relax. The location was perfect — right in the middle of everything. Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams was down the block, there were restaurants everywhere, and there was even a bagel shop right behind the hotel parking lot. We had breakfast downstair one morning and it was OK. The only downside was that the orange juice was about $6 or $7 and seemed like it came from a bottle, possibly Tropicana. Overall, I would 100% stay here again."

"There was no Breakfast. There was no towels in the room. Had to ask the front desk and was given two for four guest staying there. Very dirty sinks and shower"
