"Our stay was very enjoyable. Each interaction with staff was professional, and everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was decent and appreciated each morning. The 24/7 airport shuttle was also very convenient, you just need to let the front desk know when you need it. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again."

"Shrugged and said they only had one room for us when we arrived to check in for these rooms we booked a month ago. Blamed Expedia. Eventually they found a dirty room and put the sheets on the bed while I waited so at least we weren't left out in the cold but didn't care or offer to do anything about the fact that they couldn't provide the same room class that we booked."

"I faced way TOO MANY issues here. First off, the keys had to be hand programmed at the door itself due to the machine being down. I unloaded all my luggage to the realize the room lights weren’t working, the microwave was broken/burnt. Sink was clogged. I asked for a room change, the manager didn’t believe me and wanted to see for himself. Then he moved me to the second room. Which wasn’t as bad. There was still some lights that didn’t work. I went out for dinner to comeback and my key card not work. Causing me to be locked out until security got ahold of office staff to help. The next few nights had persistent errors with the key cards. Overall , a bad experience that I won’t go through again."
