「Staff was superb. Anything we needed, they were on it! We had a 10 day stay and they made us feel like family. The front desk staff was kind enough to fax an important document for us which was very helpful. Bartenders remembered our drinks like we were old friends! Melinda, the breakfast attendant, is always delightful at all of our stays, past & present!! The Manager & all of the staff are fantastic!!!」

「My daughter enjoy her stay at this location. It was easy to walking distance to many places. Our only complaint was, no shuttle service on arrival. She would have felt safer in hotel shuttle that late at night. 」
「We stayed at this property for a concert that was held in the PPL Center in downtown Allentown, PA. The valet service was very courteous and professional. It was nice being warmly greeted by the personel working the front desk. The location was key as the hotel has its own entrance straight into the PPL Center. There are plenty of food options right in the vicinity. 」
