"Great price, brilliant staff and excellent location "

"Mold in the ductless AC unit and in the shower and the sheets were stained, property refused to move rooms or ackowledge issue and I didn't bring it up with Expedia because I know they don't care about their customers safety or wellbeing from dealing with a much worse situation at a different property last year. Breakfast was fine and staff were friendly enough. The gentleman the first night gave me bad information about getting to the train station too. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tirana. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The service was exceptional, and everyone went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The hotel itself was very clean, well maintained, and beautifully designed. My room was spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also perfect—close to everything and very convenient. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. It truly felt like the staff cared about making my stay special. "The room was spacious, well decorated and the shower was powerful. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and spoke good English, (must admit that I found Albanian a difficult language to get into!). Location is great being only a short stroll to the centre of the City. There are plenty of quality restaurants within easy walking distance."

"Room was immaculate. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke basic English. Hotel is in an “up and coming” area - the street is very dingy but right next to Tirana’s swanky centre. Arrival was a bit disconcerting - there is nobody at reception except at breakfast time. Arriving at 7pm we had to ask in the shop next door to find the owner. We found Albanians very helpful to tourists. The only thing we didn’t like about the hotel was that you can’t flush toilet paper (bin provided). "
