"We had a great time staying at Park Regency Resort. The condo was perfect for what we needed. It had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay there again. Close to everything we needed. "

"Chelsea’s condo was clean and tastefully decorated. It is conveniently located, steps to the ski bus line. Chelsea is also a responsive host, which I appreciated.In her binder of information (unless the contents were revised since the time of this review) she asked to be notified of any concerns/needs to ensure a 5-star review.However, there were a couple of factors that warrant the rating in this review, and that could not have been remedied on short notice. For example, the silverware provided were flimsy, the knives were in dire need of sharpening, and there were containers with cracks. A box or two of tissues would also have been appreciated. A list of items to do before check-out is included in the binder and posted on the wall. Anything else mentioned that was or was not done, was not on this list."

"Clean property. Friendly staff. Shuttle to Park City Mountain very convenient. Waited not even 5 minutes to get picked up. Hot tub and Sauna were nice. Gym on the property is very basic but not a big deal if you are there to ski. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and breakfast spots and 7/11. It was a good spot. "

"Blinds in bedroom would not go up and so room was super dark during the day.Place seemed crammed with personal stufff/very cluttered.Kitchen pots and pans were almost non existent and falling apart.Bathroom cabinets were falling apart. Bed and bedding seemed cheap. "

"The host were extremely helpful and responsive and the condo is in a great location. Loved having the silver Mountain fitness center on site and the trail access and multiple amenities close by."

"Frank was a great host. He provided very detailed notes to ensure we were prepared to stay in his home and easily settle into PC. The house had a well stocked kitchen which allowed us to easily make meals as a group of 10. We had an overall great stay. "
