「The room smelled strongly of bleach and we could not stay as we found it hard to breathe. There was also no soap when we arrived.
Hotel staff were very courteous and understood our problem with the bleach smell immediately. They told us to contact Expedia to get the refund of what we had paid in advance. We have not yet received that refund. The amount charged when we arrived at the hotel desk was refunded promptly.
