Condo was as advertised except maybe the neighbor which was a little “sketchy”. It is down by the river and railroad tracks in a more industrial area. Walked to and from Broadway through some homeless persons without event. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and extremely clean.

Girls weekend
Traveled to Nashville with my daughters to meet friends for a long weekend. The place was cute and conveniently located. The walk downtown was nice. Could also Uber easy. The trail along the river was perfect for a walk or run.

Perfect Location
Absolute great location to experience Nashville and be just outside enough to retreat from downtown. The view is awesome and the apartment was super comfortable. Would stay there again in the future!

Cleanliness was an issue
I’ll start by saying Amy was so great to deal with. She was very fast to respond to questions and checked in on us after arrival. Have stayed in this complex before but had forgotten the early morning train whistles. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness or rather lack of. There was a massive layer of dust on and hanging off the ceiling fan in the bedroom. The bathroom shelves needed to be wiped down due to dustiness before we felt comfortable placing our bathroom products on them. The bath towels had a terrible odor. Smelled like they were folded and put away wet. I reported this to Amy right away and she immediately offered to rectify things. I was hesitant to have her cleaning service come in while we weren’t there as our purses were in the unit. We agreed that the service would drop off fresh towels which were better. While I greatly appreciate Amy and her responsiveness I would not choose to stay here again. It just didn’t feel like the kind of clean that one expects from a rental.

Perfect stay for a girls trip!
This property was perfect for 6 people to stay for the weekend. It was clean, decorated perfectly for Nashville, and was just a walk (or scooter) away from Broadway! The owner was very kind and communicated to make sure everything was okay at the beginning of our stay. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Nashville.

Family Road Trip
This was a perfect place for our family of four to stay while visiting Nashville for the first time. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the River while we drank our morning cup of coffee. It was a great location and we would definitely stay there again.

Great location for attending concert and walking to downtown.
This was a girls weekend to attend a George Strait concert at Nissan Stadium. We were able to walk to the stadium along with others headed that way and walk back after since there were lots of people out walking. Also, close to Broadway and we walked there as well. We took a taxi back from there however because when we started home it was a very dark walk with little foot traffic. Beds were very comfortable, great view, everything we needed was provided. Towels, bath essentials, coffee, etc. Check in process was a breeze and communication was great! We appreciated all of the info about sites to see, etc. Overall great place to stay and would stay again.

Even Better Than Listed!
My husband, adult son, and I stayed here for two nights. It was fantastic! Cute, comfortable, nice view overlooking the Cumberland, and an easy walk to Broadway. Great shower pressure, kicking A/C, and an ice maker on overdrive too-these are the things that matter to me! Would absolutely book here again. Definitely exceeded expectations!

Great location
Had a wonderful trip with family. Great location to be able to walk to broadway, but we did Uber home at night as the neighborhood had very minimal lighting. Property was stocked with what we needed and it was nice to sit on the patio and see the river. I’d stay again!

This condo is close to almost anything you want to experience in Nashville. After a day of taking in the sights it was nice to return to a relaxed and quiet space.

Weekend getaway
Nice and quiet, good covered parking (which is not easy to find in Nashville) a 20 minute walk to Broadway if you feel like some exercise. Close enough to all the food/drink/action, but far enough for some peace and quiet too when you’re ready to decompress. Good communication too. I will be returning.

Wonderful spot on the river!
This spot was great! The location is really close to everything but also just enough away from all the hustle and bustle. Amy the host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I would 10/10 definitely recommend!! Can’t wait to go back!

Cozy & Close to Everything!
Condo has everything you need. Comfortable and the balcony was very nice to sit and sip coffee in the morning while watching barges pass by. We were in Nashville with my 18yr old daughter and her boyfriend for a college visit to Vanderbilt. This location was within a few miles of everything we wanted to do. The area appears to be up and coming. I am not sure I would feel safe walking downtown from the condo but there is a police station near by and we noticed sufficient presence from law enforcement. Tyler was very communicative and responsive. We would choose to stay here again!

Did enjoy our stay, unit was comfortable and, the amenities met our needs. You may already know that one of the burner knobs was missing. We were not able to use the back deck because of the cigarette buts,paper and plastic trash and, the abundance of cob webs on the ceiling, walls and railing. When my Wife finished her shower and walked to the family room she noticed that her feet were completely black. One last thing, I had to wash out the coffee filter basket before use due to it having grounds in the bottom. We understand your out of state and rely on others to maintain your property. You may need to talk to them about these issues. Thank you.

Excellent location. Able to walk everywhere safely (including Broadway). My only complaints were: there was no anti slip mat for the bathtub, one of the stove elements was missing the knob and the shower faucet was a little loose (made turning bath faucet a little difficult). Overall, every clean and met my expectations.

Great Place to Stay in Nashville
We really enjoyed our stay! The unit is well decorated and conveniently located near Broadway and Downtown Nashville. Despite what Google Maps may tell you, we found that the easiest way to walk to Broadway and Downtown is via the Greenway, which is located right at the unit. I wouldn't walk it at night but it's an easy walk during the day. The unit was clean and very comfortable and communication was terrific.

Property was not ready for check in.
When we walked into the establishment a hour after check in nothing was done. The property wasn’t even touched yet. We had zero trash bags as well. We were only there to sleep but when the cleaners finally came in they barely did anything. Overall I wasn’t impressed with the place or experience.

Perfect for a Ladies trip
Just came back from a stay with 5 ladies total staying here. This condo was nice, cozy and clean. The sofa was a pull out couch and there was even an air bed available which we didn’t have to use. There is only one bathroom that is in the bedroom but it didnt hinder our stay. Plenty of utensils, plates and cups. Ice maker in the freezer. Cute balcony that over looks the river. They had cards and some game boards which was a nice touch. They had towels, cotton balls, q tips, and a blow dryer which was convenient. Location! Within walking distance to downtown. It was about 20-25 minutes depending how fast of a walker you are. Lots of scooters around that you can utilize too. We ubered and taxi back after the night and it was around $20-30 Saturday/Sunday night. The only negative thing that we found about the condo, nothing on the owners but the parking structure. The condo is closer to the entry/exit but it’s one long structure that is fenced in with one entry/exit. It wouldn’t deter us from booking again.
