The Space:

The Pink Stetson serves up fun, comfort and unforgettable memories! Ideal for group getaways, celebrations like bachelorette parties, and girls’ trips, this 3-story home sleeps up to 12 guests across 3 bedrooms with 11 beds. With 4 full bathrooms, everyone in your group has space to get ready for a day out on the town. Featuring a rooftop deck, vanity room and game room, the unique amenities ensure lots of laughs, photo ops and quality time with your crew. Whether you’re enjoying a rooftop sunset, taking part in some friendly competition in the game room or spending quality time together, every moment is one to remember!

Guest Access:

When you arrive, you can either park in the garage, or park in one of the provided guest spaces in the community and walk in through the garage. If you are taking a ride share, you can also access via the front door. You will be provided a door code for access.



The Neighborhood:

- Located in a small townhome community

- 10-minute walk from the Cumberland River

- 15-minute drive from downtown Nashville, the Country Music Hall of Fame, Broadway Street, music venues and more

- 20-minute drive from Nashville International Airport



Getting Around:

We recommend having a car or utilizing ride share platforms for the most convenient access to local amenities.



Other Things to Note:

Furry friends are welcome for a fee of $100 per pet.

Booking Waiver: There is a waiver of terms to sign prior to the stay. You are welcome to request the waiver terms prior to booking if interested.

PLEASE LOCK AND REMOVE VALUABLES FROM VEHICLES IF PARKED IN AN AREA ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC.

$500 fine for not replacing the TV cover when not in use.
