Beautifully decorated four bedroom two full bath cottage three blocks from MTSU. Convenient to downtown Murfreesboro and shopping. Awesome back deck and side patio. Approximately 35 minutes from Nashville. Located almost on Middle Tennessee Blvd. Enjoy the very best in one of Murfreesboro's most desirable Downtown Areas. Recently upgraded & beautifully furnished throughout, residential neighborhood near all of the entertainment, nightlife & historic attractions of Murfreesboro.

Short stay for high school baseball state tournament

Great home very near campus

Our family of 9 adults with a small dog had a great stay here. This is a very old home that has been renovated with an updated kitchen and additional bedroom. The home says it sleeps 9 (and we knew this) but one person will have to sleep on the couch. There are 4 beds. The only negative was there are no extra linens for the couch to be slept on. The air condition quit on us one night but the owner/property manager responded very quickly and had a worker out within 3 hours to repair it. This was a perfect home for us all to stay together to celebrate our son’s wedding. The long driveway even accommodated 5 cars at one point.

Home Away From Home

If you're looking for a cozy home in a quiet area, look no further. There are some restaurants and stores around, and the city and nightlife is not too far of a drive. Book this home for your family and enjoy some quality time on your next vacation!!

Cottage very dated

We booked this for our son’s baseball tournament and our spring break vacation. We arrived to a mildew smell, dirty kitchen, moldy coffee pot, broken bed, and stained sheets. We reached out to the owners and they were very responsive sending over their handyman and cleaning crew within an hour. While there was improvement with fresh sheets, cleaned kitchen and repaired bed, the smell never went away. The fourth bedroom is actually a converted garage with no insulation thereby being very sensitive to the weather as well as noise. This ‘cottage’ is an old house with a lot of work needing to be done - specifically in the bathrooms and kitchen - to justify its cost. We really were so appreciative of the fast response of the owners and we did sleep well. We enjoyed the walk to downtown Murfreesboro as well as MTSU.

Centrally located near dining and shopping. House was very nicely decorated and plenty of space for our family of four. Owner was easy to communicate with. Some minor things we would change but overall we would stay here again if in the area. Be sure to check out Slick Pig BBQ near MTSU!

Great Place!!

This is a great place for families who are attending weddings, family reunions, etc. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. wEe all had a great time and a great stay!!

Temporary Housing

We placed a family here because they had some repairs going on in their home after an insurance claim. They were unable to live in their home during the repairs so we needed to find something close to home but that would also fit their needs. This property was perfect for them. The host was such a great help and very open to communication. Not one complaint from this family. We would highly recommend this for your next trip to Murfreesboro.

This was a excellent location and priced good for 6 ladies to stay at for a tennis tournament . Two small dislikes but wouldn’t change us from coming back again just would make the place a little nicer is a remodel on the pink bath and to clean or replace the two large floor rugs. Concern about mildewy smell

We did enjoy our stay, especially the opportunity for the fire in the backyard. But I would not recommend the house for people with respiratory problems. I had a headache because of the smell. We were out and about a lot, though, so it was okay.
