Family Wedding Weekend
We rented this home as we were attending the wedding of our middle son. As the wedding was in Nashville and all the family traveled in from long distance, this is the perfect home for us. Each of the eight rooms has its own en-suite bathroom. It has a great open kitchen and large dining room. As we have a group of 14 and 2 young children, getting dinner reservations out is tough so having a good cooking kitchen is important. The best thing is the large living room. Rather than staying in a hotel and meet in the lobby all the time, we could gather all together any time we wanted. The house is in a great neighborhood and only minutes from the interstate. Frank, the owner is extremely responsive and welcoming. This is the perfect home for a large family traveling together. Thanks for a wonderful weekend Frank.

Off to a Messy Start
First of all, the pictures don’t give the house it’s due. We picked it from the reviews. When we checked in, we discovered it had not been cleaned on the bottom floor. The owner came right away to fix this but spent a few hours to do so. He was very nice but it was still distracting. There was more than enough room for our group of 13 adults on the inside. We were a quick drive away from Broadway. There was enough parking available. I wouldn’t put a lot of trust into the locks of the house. The living room’s TV had a mind of its own! Overall it met our needs.

Big house for friends! Five nights in Nashville!
Got this house for a birthday reunion for 10 women friends, all turning 80, believe it or not! It was perfect for most to have own bedrooms and baths, dining room accommodated all for conversation, kitchen large enough for meal prep, and living room comfy for lounging. Not being savvy with door lock, we had to contact the property manager several times. He was most patient, helpful, and accommodating. We especially liked that he answered the phone or called right back if he didn't pick up right away. We needed some more bath supplies and a coffee maker because ours broke and he got these items to us in good time. We didn't rent cars but took Uber/Lyft rides every day which worked out well. The only reason I gave location 4 stars is that there are not a lot of coffee shops or restaurants within walking distance. The home is in a residential neighborhood. You can walk to Belmont University which we did, but there's not much commerce near there. Grand Ol'Oprey was awesome. Hop on hop off bus was also a big hit with us. Loved Monees Restaurant. National Museum of African American Music was excellent as was Country Music Museum. We agreed both deserved an hour more than we estimated to go through them. Avoid Broadway on Saturday night (my advice) but Sunday afternoon was great, with surprisingly good food at Luke Bryan's and Kid Rock's restaurants, both with live music as well, of course. We wished we had more time to explore The Gulch area. Nashville rocks!

Better than expected
We took a family trip to Nashville which consisted of 13 adults and 3 kids. The goal was to find a place that could accommodate our large party without splitting the group up into two separate units. That task became very difficult until we found this unit. This unit was perfect for our needs. There were 8 bedrooms and each had it’s own private bathroom. 4 bedrooms on the basement level, 1 on the main level with an additional murphy bed in the dining area, and three on the top level. With there being 3 different levels and the main level having an open concept along with a large deck, there was more than enough space and seating for everyone to be comfortable. We used the BBQ grill on the deck to grill out on the 4th of July. The unit is a lot more updated than than the pictures lead you to believe. It is stocked with everything you would need except food. The location is in a great safe area. In the morning there were many people jogging, walking their dogs, and riding their bikes. There are a few local restaurants that are only a 10 min walk away. The downtown area is only a 5 to 7 minute drive away. The owner is available and quickly responds to any questions that you have. If you have a large group in which everyone wants their own room and bathroom, this unit is a no brainer.

improvements needed
The house was not clean, food and dirt under couches and beds, coffee grounds left in coffee pot from last pennants. Toilet seat in bathroom on main floor broken, hair dryer blew up and burned one girls hair, old sponge in kitchen, no pillow cases on bed on main floor, front door wouldn't lock and need a decent wine opener. We had a good time but for the money we spent we expected a cleaner home. We would probably try this place again, loved the location and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great stay!
We visited Nashville for our annual friends trip. There were 11 of us. The property is great as it provides a bedroom and bathroom for everyone. The house is large and spacious and we never felt crowded or in each others way. We hope to visit again and would definitely choose this property, it’s three levels all together with the bottom level consisting of four bedrooms, the main level has one bedroom and an office with a Murphy bed while the top level has three more bedrooms.

Great place
Long weekend with a group friends and the house was perfect for our needs. Short Uber ride downtown. We stayed with the same owner in a different property last year and he was/is very accommodating. Both houses met all our needs, well stocked and taken care of.

We decided to have our college reunion (we were all over 50 years old) in Nashville and rented this house. There were 7 couples. It was perfect; plenty of space, every bedroom had its own bathroom, clean, and location was very close to downtown.

Great space for a group. AC was not working in house upon arrival so it was 80 degrees in the house for about 40 hours. Someone came but did not give fans or offer anything but it will go down... it was 97 degrees outside while we were in town. Great location!!!

We were a group of 14 there to celebrate birthdays and anniversaires. The house was perfect. Lots of room for our large group. Everyone having their own bathroom with their bedroom made it the perfect place for all. We would definitely stay here again.

14 of us went to Nashville to see KC (16 of us went in 2019 for Eric Church) and both times we stayed at this house. The house is HUGE and has plenty of room for large groups! The bedrooms are nice, all with their own baths, and the beds are really comfortable. Downtown Nashville is only about 5 minutes so it’s an easy ride share ride. No doubt we’ll be going to Nashville again and we will definitely look to book this house!!!

Great house in a great location!
The pictures on line did not do this house justice ! It was much nicer in person ! We were a group of 15 adults and had plenty of space. 8 bedrooms have their own bathroom and nice closets The 9th room does not have a bathroom but we didn’t need it. This house is about 2 miles from The Broadway Honky Tonks and the Gulch. I would not hesitate to book again. The owner/ manager was easy to get in touch with also.

The house was amazing, it was clean and we all had a lot of room.
My group enjoyed the property. It was very clean and had a lot of room to move around. Called the property manager about a small issue and he was there promptly. It is worth the price. I plan to return in the future and rent the property again. Very safe, cozy relaxing environment. Made you feel like you were home. Location was excellent, close to the mall, grocery store and Starbucks. Good quiet neighbor hood.

Great base camp!
House was great, spacious and true to the pictures and listing on VRBO. We had one small issue upon check in but the owner and manager were extremely responsive and took care of it quickly. We had a group of 16 and had plenty of room to spread out. Just a short Uber ride to the fun downtown. We would stay again.

Lock The Doors
Lock the doors as we had thieves walk into the house and steal 2 vehicles and multiple purses while we were in the house. This wasn't the first time either as the owner confirmed the house was broken into a couple weeks prior and the old door was still sitting outside. While the house was exactly what we were looking for it would have been nice to know that this isn't exactly a safe rental as it seems to be a target. The owner did give us some of our money back, but that comes no where near covering the cash / vehicles that were stolen and the peace of mind that should come with a rental.

A break in has never successfully occurred when the doors are locked. It is unfortunate that the doors were left unlocked by the guests during this incident. The security camera alerted me during the break in and I called you but the phone call was not answered. I called the police immediately after calling you. Crime rates of downtown Nashville have risen during the pandemic especially in the tourism heavy parts of town. I am truly sorry about what happened to you all. However I cannot give you the 100% refund that you are requesting for an incident that occurred outside of my control.

This was a great place for a big group! We had 8 couples and we were very comfortable here. 8 rooms with a bathroom attached to each! Nice kitchen, we spent lots of fun times laughing and visiting around the island.

This house was great! We were impressed from the moment we entered. The house was much nicer in person than the pictures appear. We had 8 couples and each couple had their own private bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked allowing us to make several breakfasts and dinners at the house. The home owner was very responsive and accommodating to any of our requests!

Family holiday gathering. Used 7 of the bedrooms, all with bath. Clean, well stocked house with accommodating kitchen, dining area and family room. Close to downtown and restaurants. Nice touch was owner had a decorated Christmas tree brought in for the holiday. Great stay.

Nicely Decorated & very comfortable
This large well decorated rental is fully stocked with all the necessary items to make your stay comfortable, including plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, cooking utensils, sheets, blankets, etc. There were a couple light bulbs that needed replaced and we couldn't find any in the house but that's just a minor inconvenience. Downtown is only 3.5 miles away at the most. The Gulch and Music Row even closer. All 16 of us had a wonderful experience and would recommend this place.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and again we were not disappointed. House had everything we needed and was super clean. Walking distance to 12 South and quick UBER ride to Broadway. Frank is very accommodating and nice. Will definitely stay here again.

The property is spacious, with many bedrooms and bathrooms. It was also very clean. The property owner was very responsive on multiple occasions. I would certainly recommend a stay at this property.
