Spacious 4 BR/3 BA with Game Room

This house is just what you need for your family to enjoy for time away from home!

Your home away from home! Akin house has two living spaces, 3 full bathrooms, two kitchens/kitchenette, two fridges, washer/dryer, and an additional game room in the outbuilding! Plenty of space for a large group. Card & board games, foosball, arcade games, darts, music jam corner, toys, firepit–entertainment for the whole crew! The music corner comes with a weighted keyboard, guitar, mics, karaoke machine and speakers. We even have a composition notebook available to songwrite and compose with friends. Fun for everyone!

Sleeping arrangements include 2 king bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), 1 queen bedroom, and a 2 bunk bedroom (twins on top and fulls on bottom). The master bedroom upstairs has a spacious walk in closet where you will find an extra twin bed available for your use! Pack n’ play easily fits in there as well.

Kitchen has all new appliances and is fully equipped for your cooking needs and meal prep. Missing anything? Don’t hesitate to reach out and we will get it to you! Be sure to enjoy the deck outside with seating and grill.

This space is kid friendly and kid approved. You will find kid cups/utensils, high chair, pack n play, fenced in area outside, and of course toys!

The property has ample parking available in front and back for large groups. Enough space for multiple vehicles, boat, RV, & trailer.

Only a 5 minute drive to popular food spots! First Watch, Chicken Salad Chic, Raising Cains, Andy’s Frozen Custard, Dutch Bros Coffee……just to name a few. Only 24 minutes to Broadway. Great location!

Great Family home

We were in town for a baseball tournament. The house was perfect for younger kids. Well thought out kitchen, so many games and the game room is a great addition. I really liked how there was a master sized bedroom both downstairs and upstairs, making it easy to accommodate two families. About a 7 minute drive to Target, chain restaurants, and coffee. 10ish minutes to Tanger Outlets, and depending on traffic an easy drive to Nashville. Would recommend and also stay here again.

They made it right

I will start off by saying they made it right in the end. Communication with the property manager was above average. We even received a call from the owner who was mortified by the issues we encountered. Both the property manager and owner were completely genuine and we never felt like they were trying to cheap out or pull one over on us. Just based on this, we would consider another property associated with them.Initially we were really disappointed with the house. We chose this house as 2 families with young children based on the gameroom. However, when we arrived the gameroom was unusable because it was heavily smoked in. We immediately notified the property manager who said he knew it was smoked in and they thought they took care of it. Then the couch in the main living room collapsed the first night. Again, we immediately notified the property manager who said he had just fixed it, apparently not. Then, the towel hook came off in the main bathroom. Again, notified the property manager. We were only able to use 1/3 of the house due to the gameroom and a strange smell in the lower floor. There were no hairdryers in the house, so we had to purchase one and be reimbursed. Overall, we were disappointed with the house, but pleasantly surprised with the way they handled the issues. We will likely never rent this property again, but would definitely consider another property associated with the propert management and owner.
