This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse is perfect for travelers seeking both luxury and practicality. Each bedroom has its own full bath, offering ultimate privacy and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen and dining table make it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals or takeout from one of Nashville’s many incredible restaurants. The Wedgewood Houston neighborhood is very close to downtown which guests love. It is equidistant to the Gulch which is a new hipster area with shopping and dining. However, this sandwiched neighborhood between downtown and the Gulch is gentrifying with some light industrial in the area. Like all major downtown neighborhoods, you may see an occasional homeless person. Guests can walk to the Ascend Amphiteatre and lower Broadway. It is a short 3-minute Uber to the Gulch for groceries or shopping.
Buses but Lyft is more convenient.
This house is located in a transitional neighborhood close to downtown, adding to its urban charm and accessibility. Please note that the open staircase makes the home unsuitable for toddlers, small children, or very small adventurous animals.
We are pet-friendly and supply a crate, chew bone, blankets, and waste bags. We ask that you pick up any waste left by your dogs and the litter box for cats. We would be grateful if when you leave you crate the pets for your protection and ours.
