The Space:

This spacious apartment boasts four private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, each offering a tranquil retreat. Bedroom one features 2 queen-size beds. Bedrooms two, three, and four each offer a luxurious king-size bed, providing ample space for relaxation. Each of the four full bathrooms is designed for your comfort, offering essential amenities. The apartment's common areas include a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living space. Enjoy the convenience of a pool table for entertainment. Foodies will rejoice with the diverse dining options nearby, from classic Southern fare to international cuisine. Explore Printers Alley, known for its historic charm and lively nightlife. With its prime location, the Studio B Suite provides an unparalleled base for experiencing the energy and excitement of Nashville.

Everything in downtown Nashville is within walking distance of The Maddox.

Other Things to Note:
Upon arrival, you will find a Welcome Book containing all the information you need relating to your stay.
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
