In addition to this spacious condominium, the building itself has some common area features that all guests can utilize. These include a modest fitness center (small work out room), a large rooftop terrace with outdoor seating and lighting, and an elevator to transfer between floors. This is a controlled access building with digital security locks on all entryways. This unit comes with 2 reserved parking spots in the parking lot behind the building.
We are located a short 10 minute Uber ride from downtown Broadway and all of Nashville’s famous honky tonks. The airport is approximately 15 mins drive and venues such as The Grand Ole Opry, The Opryland Hotel, The TN Titan’s football stadium, Nashville Predators hockey arena, Top golf and more can be reached in 5-10 mins.

Living Room = 1x Queen sleeper sofa. Big screen Smart TV. Balcony access.
