Great Stay!
We really enjoyed every aspect of this awesome VRBO. Gym facilities were used and the rooftop was beautiful. Everything was perfect. Thank you for answering our call at Midnight when we could not get the keypad going.... So grateful!

Fantastic Rental
We just returned after spending 5 wonderful nights in Nashville. This condo is beautiful, has everything you need and is very close to Broadway. We had one small issue, we contacted Kurt, he had rectified the issue within one hour. He is very friendly and extremely professional to deal with. Highly recommend

Beautiful Condo!
I would stay here again. We enjoyed the rooftop area as we were there to see the Seahawks win against the Titans! We walked to the stadium and was within walking or short Uber rides to downtown! Would highly recommend!

Great stay
We enjoyed the appartement walking distance to the major sites and Broadway street. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen well equiped. I recommand this location. Parking garage a plus.

Very nice
Our unit was wonderful, in a very nice building, well stocked, in a great location, an easy walk to Broadway, country music hall of fame, and Bridgestone Arena. Check in was very easy, host was very easy to deal with. Only issue and this is out of the host’s control, if you’re out late enjoying all that downtown Nashville has to offer and want to sleep a little later in the morning, that may be difficult, the trains travel along the river, and they start going by very early and their horns are non stop, two or three of them started 6am ish, and the maintenance team is out early as well, the gas powered blowers are in full swing every morning between 8 and 8:30 am, and they are loud, outside of that, this place was fantastic.

First time experience
Everything was as described. We cook in alot limited in way of pots/pans supplies for cooking in. The dishwasher didn’t work properly either.

We do provide bunch of pots and pans but there may have been some we missed. Maintenance did repair the dishwasher immediately after you had told us so it is running great.

Great location for your trip to Nashville
This condo was just as described .There is a full kitchen if you choose to cook and a nice little porch to drink your coffee on in the mornings. The rooms are a split floor plan with full size bathrooms off each bedroom .The communication with the property manager was A+ as well as the keyless entry which made it very convenient.We were able to walk to Broadway near the water end in 15min. We even walked home from Geodis park after a concert which was a longer walk but much faster than waiting for an Uber .I would suggest if you Uber home from Broadway at night walk towards road near the water and have an Uber pick up from there or walk up a block away from Broadway. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville !

The apartment was immaculately clean and well-appointed with everything we needed during the stay. Communication was quick and easy with the host leading up to our stay, and we had no issues during the stay. I would for sure look at staying here again in the future

Trip with friends
Perfect set up for two couples. The beds we’re comfortable and the living space was too. The reason for 4 stars on cleanliness was that the coffee pot wasn’t cleaned and the grounds were molded in in and the filter on the hvac system looked like it had never been changed before. We only came across that when opening the doors to figure out what everything was. I wish there was more water pressure in the shower as well. But overall this condo was the perfect place for a short trip. The location was great and walkable if you choose to. I would suggest Uber if to a grocery store if you want those type of items for your stay. The shell station sitting walking distance didn’t have much and the store that was next closest in downtown didn’t exist. (Not the owner’s fault). The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Felt safe walking around both day and nighttime. Would stay here again.

Nashville VRBO did not disappoint!
Although we could not check in early, we were very happy & comfortable in this beautiful 2 bedroom near all of the downtown action! It was clean, safe, accommodating & relaxing here. Beautiful decor & lots of space. The hosts were pretty timely with correspondence & the space was so comfortable & clean & enjoyable. The workout room was amazing & garage parking was very nice as well. We highly recommend & will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Condo
The condo is very nice. It is how the pictures show it. The balcony is a nice place to sit. I especially enjoyed it in the morning and evening. The rooftop area is outstanding with wonderful views of downtown. The condo is very close to Broadway.

Quick trip to Nashville
Beautiful place. Right off our interstate exit. So easy to access! Clean, safe, quiet. Lots of space to chill before and after all the 🎼. Comfy beds. Plenty of spaces in parking garage close to elevator. No dragging your bags of boots for blocks:) Everything you need is there. 5 minute/$15 ( or less) Ubers to and from the action on Broadway. Loved it. We’ll be back!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. Last time it was a different unit. It's in a great location. The building is quiet. The unit is nicely decorated clean, and comfortable. Communication with the host was straight forward and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice apartment great neighborhood!
We came to Nashville to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday. The apartment was perfect! Very clean and modern, neighborhood was very quiet. The direction to enter the building were very good. We arrived very late on Thursday night , in the apartment binder we could of used some menus. Since it was, our first time in Nashville we did not know where to order from. But it was not a big deal. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Walking to Broadway is doable, but it is a hike! We mostly used Uber! The property came with two parking spaces. We will definitively be back. Roof top was under construction.

The location was perfect for a long weekend in Nashville! It was an easy walk to Broadway, Printer's Alley, and other hot spots. The apartment was super clean and well stocked. Loved our stay!

The owner was great to work with, quickly answered any questions we had. We shared with another couple & the space was a perfect size & we each had our own bathrooms. The space was very nice would stay again. It's close to downtown. Beds were comfortable, could use a couple more pillows. Only complaint is the shades are NOT room darkening so lots of city lights shinning in & it did not feel private. Always changed in bathroom. The WI-Fi was glitchy when we got there but they stopped by & fixed it & it worked great after that. Over all good experience.

Place was perfect for the family trip we had planned. Everything was great although you could hear the upstairs neighbors walking so if that bothers you, wouldn’t stay there. Had my sound machine so didn’t bother my sleep.

This was a terrific location. All the “hot” spots were a 5-10 drive / Lyft - downtown Nashville, Gulch and Printers Alley. If you chose to walk it would have taken 20-30 mins OR they have public scooters so you go to the app and Scoot away! Great apartment community with a pretty balcony view.

Nice apartment, perfect size for family or 2 couples
We stayed here in early August 2020 - 2 adults and 3 kids. The layout worked well for us, with the kids sharing the King and hubby & I sharing the Queen. The King room has an attached private bath while the Queen room has an attached bath that also opens out to the hallway. It was perfect. The balcony was great to sit on at night, and it was an easy 15 minute walk to Broadway. It would also work very well to stay at with another couple. The apartment was nicely styled and quite large, and the washer/dryer, Keurig, TP, and other items included was nice. The check-in & out processes were detailed and easy. We did not have to contact management for anything. The only downside was that it was a little sketchy walking from the building to downtown. I would not have wanted to walk it after dark. There's a gas station nearby with a lot of people hanging around outside. The cashier told me to 'be safe' when I left after going in alone to purchase some water, and I'm quite certain that she was concerned I was alone (my family was waiting outside). The area where the apartment is located seems rather new - might be an "up & coming" area or something. So just be cognizant of being out after dark in this area and consider grabbing a ride share instead. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay.

Great Place Near Downtown
We like to walk, so it was a great walk back and forth to downtown. About a 10 min walk. Close to the Listening Room which is a must to go see. New clean and great area. Felt safe. The place was new, spacious; clean and comfortable. We had a great time!

Great for two couples traveling together!! Excellent dining room table for discussions, board games and uno. Very clean. Well equipped with kitchen and bath supplies, comfortable beds. Couples weekend getaway
The description of the property is spot on!! We walked to the Strip and also to Nissan Stadium, never felt like we weren't safe. Country Music Hall of Fame is pretty close as well. I underestimated the action on the Strip, it was a party environment and everyone was so nice. We will definitely be returning!!
