"The girl at the front desk (mornings). I didn't get her name, but she was "AWESOME." She was customer service at it's best from the time we walked in the door to check in until the we checked out! We were in town for a trail ride in Fitzgerald. Each morning the girl at the front desk was excited to ask about our day! I was a little leery at first, but the room was extremely clean, every staff member we passed spoke, were friendly, and smiled. The staff here is "AWESOME!" They made our stay enjoyable, and make this hotel welcoming. Thank you to the Staff! Hopefully, management recognizes the wonderful staff they have! You don't find this in the majority the hotels. The whole staff is there is the best of the best. Extraordinary!!!I highly recommned this hotel!"
