Nashville Vacation with Teens

This house was beautiful and perfect for our needs. Plenty to keep the teens occupied if adults wanted to experience downtown in the evening. I would 10/10 recommend others to stay here for a vacation.

Fantastic house

Beautiful Nashville Home!

This home was perfect for our group of 5. Plenty of room to sleep and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the brewery across the steet and also checked out some great local restaurants. Loved Coco's! Would highly recommend this home for your Nashville stay!

Comfort and Convenience

The rental was beautiful, well appropriated and spacious (comfy beds and large bathrooms), and it had all of the amenities that we needed. We loved the rooftop deck as well. It is located right next to Fat Bottom Brewery, is close to a Dollar General and Kroger, which was very convenient. Having a keycode to access the property was also convenient. There were a few minor complaints to mention, however. There was some difficulty in getting the ID picture in focus for the verification process, which delayed me getting the check-in instructions. Also, the front yard was not mowed, which hurt the curb appeal slightly. Lastly, we did find some dirty dishes in the kitchen. Overall, however, we had a fantastic stay. I would stay at this property again and was excited about sharing the details with friends and family.

Fun house for a fun trip!!

We LOVED this place!! It was so fun to stay in a three story house full of games to play. We enjoyed playing pool and foosball, even though all the players were facing the wrong way on the table lol. Beds were super comfortable and rooms had a lot of space to move around. Location was amazing, being so close to downtown Nashville!! We will absolutely be back and can’t wait to visit Tennessee again!!

Perfect home for my family of 7

We originally had 3 hotel rooms booked. But when you are in the rooms there is nowhere to sit except the beds and maybe 1 chair so we decided to try our first VRBO….We were not disappointed. This was a GREAT place to stay. Our schedule was pretty busy in Nashville so we werent at the house alot. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was about 10 mins from town which was great! And when we didnt go out, we went across the street for dinner at Fat Bottoms Brewery. Perfect. We are hooked! We will definitely be back.

Amazing House with a Great View

This is absolutely the PERFECT home to stay in for whatever your Nashville Plans are. Located right across from a beautiful brewery with great food and choices for beer, overlooking downtown. Great location, tons of space, amazing outdoor patio set up, and 3rd floor entertaining space. Beautiful kitchen. I cannot say enough good things about this home. We did have some things pop up, I LOVED the communciation with management company, leading up to our trip, easy check in, and follow up on the items we needed. Rented a lot a VRBOS, one of the top by far! You can easily have 10 people in this space comfortablely. The only issue is parkinf and that is just the area and space its located in, if you have more than 2 cars, make sure you reach out beforehand to know where to park, and if you are traveling within elderly or handicap individuals (which I do often, just not this weekend) this is not the house for you. But again, nothing against the home, its amazing and beautiful and a hidden gem. Highly, highly suggest this home!

Great except check in

The house and property were nice. I did contact the host in order to get it early check-in which was denied the original check-in time is 4:00 PM however I had not received any check-in instructions or code to enter the property prior to that. I used the app to message the host and never got a response in regards to check in process or code to enter the house. I ended up having to call Grand Welcome and speak to someone about getting the code to check in. We then were unable to get into the house until after our original check in time. The purpose of this trip was a surprise bachelor party. Unfortunately, we did not get in early enough to set everything up like we wanted and the groom had already arrived by the time we got in.

We had a good stay. The home inside was nice and clean. The only problem was that the yard wasn't cut and was over grown which gave us the wrong impression when we arrived. But the home itself was nice and the areas we visited made this home a great hub.

Summer trip to Nashville

The house was very clean, well-stocked with supplies. The location was good for easy access to local sights. The property manager was excellent. Felicia helped me with all my questions. She was always so pleasant on the phone. We enjoyed staying at this house.

Great home, Good location

This home is very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Fat bottom brewery is directly across the street which makes dinner super easy after a long day. It is a 15 - 20 minute drive to get anywhere but only because of Nashville traffic. The house could use a couple of arm chairs in the living room and you will need to bring extra bath towels and kitchen towels. Only 1 towel per person is provided. But the house truly is great!

Awesome house with amazing location

This property is in a great location for whatever you need to do in Nashville! We were there over 4th of July and could see Fireworks from the 3rd floor balcony from all over the city! Beds are super comfy, great water pressure and lots of parking. Brewery across the street was also fun!! We will book this again in the future!

We took our son and his friends here for a college graduation trip. They loved the house and short Uber rides to Broadway. Communication with text check in instructions were helpful. House was clean.

Great BUT.......

Great location and house. However ceiling fan and light did not work in master which was a bummer. Also the complimentary items were low or out so needed to buy some more from the store. Overall great stay and would recommend!
