Great Location! Come and relax in this quiet, safe neighborhood! Master bedroom with a full bathroom /Jet tub a queen bed, and a large smart TV. The second bedroom has a double bed with smart TV. Open concept kitchen, dining/living room with a large TV, A single folding bad that can be placed anywhere in the house as you see it convenient. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher refrigerator, coffee maker, and all the kitchen utensils. Washer and dryer are in the hallway. Basic soaps, bed sheets, blankets, pillows are provided. No laundry detergent provided.
You can relax in the partially covered deck, with a propene grill and a table with siting capacity for 4 people.

If you want to visit downtown Nashville it will take you only 15 minutes to get there, 3 minutes from by-pass 386, 5 minutes from Interstate 65. 10 minutes from the lake, and a walking distance dog park.

We needed fully furnished place to stay while we were waiting for our new home to be ready. This place was great. It had all the amenities that we needed. But, the best of all was the owner. She was so quick to respond anytime we needed anything or just had a question. Her communication was outstanding. Made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. And she was so accomadating. When we needed to extend our stay for a few days she made it seemless.

Birthday Weekend!

Came to town to celebrate a family members birthday this allowed us to attend the activities as well as have some downtime. Shopping and excellent choice of restaurants near by.

Nice, quiet neighborhood that’s close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. Everything was comfortable and easy to use. We would definitely stay there again if we are back in the area.

Great little property!

Great property in Hendersonville. It was just what we needed to visit with our family. Close to highways and in super quiet neighborhood. Manager was very responsive to our needs (dang internet, but was probably user error) but she was very patient with us and got it working.

We had a great stay. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils, etc. modern refrigerator, oven, microwave, washer/dryer. Beds were comfortable. We would rent again.

Everything went as planned. Loved the house, it was beautiful on the inside, nice deck outback. Beds were very comfortable, house was clean. Only 25 minutes to downtown and Grand Old Opry. Messaging with owner went very well. We enjoyed our time there.

Cute house, nice neighborhood

Stayed here for a work conference. The house was cute and very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and I felt very safe. I traveled with a small dog and, although there is not a fenced yard, there is a nice dog park just down the street. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Great place near Nashville!

There were 5 of us and a dog that stayed for 5 days. There was just enough space for us all and we were 20 minutes from the downtown area. The host was friendly and make sure we were well situated. Would stay again!

Right near Nashville!

House was alot bigger snd nicer than pictures showed! Was very close to coffee shops and diners in town before heading out to Nashville which was about 15-20mins away for whichever part you were heading to of Nashville!! Extremely close and quick ride over. House had a huge kitchen and the rooms were alot bigger than expected as well. Very cute place, perfect for a girl's trip to Nashville!

Hidden gem close to everything

What a wonderful house! We were in town to visit family and this house was located conveniently close to everything! My kids [17 & 9) both enjoyed the backyard, with the creek being a major bonus to explore! Stayed out on the lovely back deck for many hours talking with family and listening to the frogs at night. Bug spray s must, but to be expected with the climate. Beds were super comfortable. We will be back and stay again! Thank you!

Felt Right At Home

I felt very comfortable at this rental property. I am moving to TN & rented this property for 20 days while looking for a more permanent home. The creek in the open back yard was so pretty. I saw deer, a heron, squirrels & a variety of other wildlife. My 2 small dogs loved the yard. The 2 lots next door are vacant, so my dogs had a lot of room to roam. The house itself was very clean & nicely decorated. I loved the comfortable bed in the master bedroom & also the huge smart tv. The owner was very responsive. The house is in a very convenient location just a short drive from a nice shopping center with several stores like Kroger, Target, Ross, Ulta & Home Goods. I often use Door Dash & Instacart & never had to wait long for deliveries. I also discovered a nice coffee shop with a drive through right around the corner.

Relaxing and convenient

Our family LOVED staying here. Exactly as described, comfortable, close to our tournament, relaxing creek in the backyard, just all around exactly what we needed to decompress after long days of being outside in the heat. Will definitely try and book here again if we can!

Very nice quiet neighborhood. There were a few minor issues. We couldn’t watch the TV in the living room because we don’t have a Netflix account but the tv’s in the bedrooms didn’t require us to use our own accounts. Lots of dog hair in the floor but we have dogs at home so it wasn’t a great concern. But with 150 cleaning fee I would expect that to be somewhat better. No wash cloths in the master bathroom and the mirror which plugs in for lighting had electrical tape holding the plug on and the hall bathroom towel rack was close to falling off the wall and the shower faucet was loose. Not the best place we have stayed but not the worst experience either. Most were just minor things so…
