We are here for you but give you your space .

We are located on the Riverfront in downtown Nashville in an area called Germantown .. It has chic restaurants in restored Victorian buildings and cafes along brick sidewalks, Germantown exudes period charm .
Former warehouse contain elegant boutiques selling high- end shoes and clothing, while Nashvilles Farmers Market has eclectic global eateries as well as vendors offering seasonal produce.
Nearby the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park features Skyline views and monuments to Tennessee History.
We are 1 mile to Broadway and all of the music and Honky Tonks as well as steps away from some amazing places to eat.

We are in urban downtown Nashville. 1 mile from Broadway. You can Uber, Lyft, Hop on Hop Off Trolly, Scooter, Taxi walk or bicycle to most anything !

We are in an urban area close to the train and the sites and sounds of the city around us. Those noises will be heard during your stay !
Please note this building is in the very heart of Nashville. We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables outside of this building such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc., that may be happening outside at the time of your trip. This is a multifamily complex whose ownership controls the amenities/common areas and exterior/shared spaces.

Right next to the train tracks which doesn't bother me, but keep that in mind. Very nice and much bigger than I imagined from the pictures online. About a 15 minute walk to/from Broadway. A bunch of homeless people in the parks on the way so don't walk alone or take an Uber.I would definitely stay again.

Not safe to walk at night

The condo is as beautiful as pics show; Updated, very clean, lots of nice touches. Train is VERY loud making it difficult to enjoy the balcony. Downtown is a very long walk and our uber driver advised us not to do so at night.

Great place

Loved this condo. If you forgot anything it had it!! Great location. View of the river from both decks were great!! Felt very safe with the way you had to get in from the parking garage to the elevator and into the condo. Would stay here again.

Nice property, walking distance to Broadway St

This was a nice property that is easily walking distance (about 3/4 mile) to the music row on Broadway Street, but far enough away that you can't hear the crowds. That said, there is a train track right over the bridge next to the apartment and trains seem to be running through most of the day and night.

classy place with a beautiful river view

We loved the vibe of the place. The beds were comfy and decor well done. The bookers were very nice to work with. Celebrated my 25th birthday in style with my best friends! Nice walk to Broadway. Very convenient location and felt safe. Wish we could have stayed longer! Really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony listening to the river. Thank you!

Weekend in Nashville

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. The property manager was responsive, made sure we understood the check in process. It was walkable to restaurants closer to the condo. Broadway was within walking distance, but ubers were available quickly with a short ride. We had one request which was addressed promptly. The area is more industrial, but up and coming. right on the river. There was a train nearby, but didn't bother us. Would definitely stay again.

Football game

Great place perfect and clean. Easy access to football game. Need to use Uber at night otherwise easy walk to all of the downtown fun during the day. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

FABULOUS Location with INCREDIBLE Views!

We couldn't have asked for a better location. So close to Broadway and all the action! Modern & super-clean condo. We loved our stay here! Communication was exceellent! Highly recommend!

CMA Fest

Such a cute little place right on the river. Perfect location for being able to walk to all the things for CMA Fest! Loved the Latch system for accessing everything! We felt safe and secure the whole time. Can’t say enough good about this place!

Fantastic location

Easy walking to Broadway, Germantown and excellent restaurants (if you are looking for something besides bar food). Condo was very clean, roomy and nicely decorated. I know some of the reviews complained about the trains but they didn’t bother us at all (maybe we were just too exhausted after all the long days). Very easy communication with the owner…any question was quickly responded to. And we loved the keyless entry system and the security of the building.

Nashville fun

We were really impressed with the condo. The condo itself is beautiful. The two patio's can't be beat. It had plenty of everything we needed. It was clean, the check-in process was so easy, and the owners were very responsive in our communications. They even made recommendations on places to go to that worked out really well. The condo is so close to Broadway St was great since we were there celebrating a 21st birthday. My only concern--at first, was the location because it's in an industrial area that looks a bit on the sketchy side, but after a night or two I felt like it was a safe area.You can tell that the 'town' is working on making that area an upcoming area to be in. There was plenty of parking in the garage. Since access is all done electronically and via your cell phone--make sure your phone is charged at all times. We didn't have an issue with this and it was actually a pretty cool experience. All in all, we had a wonderful time in the condo. The owners are fabulous. I've already started recommending the place to my friends for their future Nashville trips.

Literally Perfect

The apartment is super cute and well equipped. The building-wide security system was great. We were able to walk to Broadway but also it was a cheap Uber ride. The hosts communicated quickly when I had a question. We also enjoyed drinks outside watching the trains and barges go by!

Great condo

Loved the digital only access to the garage and unit. My wife felt extremely safe and secure. The unit was upscale, modern, and very clean. We "will" rent again on our next stay in Nashville.
