Great all around

This private studio was exactly what we were looking for. Close to downtown, far enough away to be able to relax after all the hustle and bustle on Broadway. Very safe and clean Neighboorhood. Quick walk to coffee shops, breakfast and lunch places.

Great stay! Just a few blocks from Broadway. Just on a hill, so the walk back is uphill. Still, great place and stay!

Nashville fun

We had such a fun time in Nashville, this is our second year staying in these properties, they’re approximately 6ish blocks off Broadway,an easy walk. The space itself was very clean and well stocked. We will be staying here again!

Downtown Nashville

Great location. We don’t mind walking and probably walked 4-5 miles/day. Very close to downtown and easy to navigate. We walked around until late at night and it was a pretty safe area.

This place was so cute and quaint. Perfect for our mother /daughter trip. All communication was helpful and easy to understand/follow. We could walk to many attractions and using a Lyft was inexpensive to all locations we went.

Perfect for us

This was a perfect place for us to walk to a multi-day conference at the Bridgestone arena. It was clean with nearly every amenity we could need. Enough room for the two of us and our dog. We we would rent again!

Jessica and Tyler are EXCELLENT at communication & unit is exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable, perfect for the two of us. Location was convenient. Very easy walk to Broadway. Highly recommend! They will see us again in the future!

Quaint lil Casa

This place was everything they said it would be. The pictures were spot on. Great for me and my husband. No UBER needed to walk to Broadway. Safe, great location, great communication, easy check in and out. It was very clean. They had coffee and cracker snacks that were complimentary! We would 100% rent this place again!

Perfect Location!

Condo was clean, comfortable, had extras that most places do not think about. Jessica and Tyler were responsive to all needs and questions! Being able to walk to downtown and to the concert venue saved lots of $$ on parking and headache of driving in traffic! We enjoyed Broadway St. Music Row, and if you are into vintage shopping as we are, visiting East Nashville is a must! Our favorite part of staying, was venturing out and then coming back to this cozy condo to take long afternoon naps so we could venture back out again. While across from a fire station, we found the accommodations to be quiet and cozy and that says a lot because we live on a farm! We will definitely look you guys up again for our next Nashville adventure!! Definitely a 10 in our book!

Nice! Responded to our needs for corkscrew. Easy downhill walk but uphill coming back. Ubers and taxis nice. Community area nice and washers/dryers.

Good location for walking to town!

Actually a really cute place! My only issue was the smell of cleaning product. It was so pungent we had to leave all the windows open everytime we were in there. The place was very clean but the smell was noxious. Fabuloso to be exact. Location seemed a bit sketchy at night but didn't stop us from going out at all. I would stay here again if something was done about the smell.
