We had a great stay here. There were 12 of us total. 3 siblings and spouses along with our kids, who are all 18-30. The set up was great. One bedroom on the ground floor, two in the second and two in the third. 4 of the girls were able to stay on the top floor in a room with 4 queen beds. The location was close to a lot of the things in Nashville - the Gulch, downtown, mmMusic row. The. neighborhood was ok. It is clearly and older area that is a little depressed but is being gentrified. We never felt unsafe even if it wasn’t exactly a scenic area. Overall a great stay and the owners were easy to contact and responsive.
