Trash bins located behind the building. Before leaving, set AC to 72° in summer/heat to 68° in winter. Ensure doors are closed and press icon to confirm the lock. Make sure the garage door is closed.
Don't tape/attach items to walls. Smoking isn't permitted. Avoid flushing large amounts of toilet paper. If blocked by cars, knock politely to resolve it. Parking available via garage/street.

Great location, very comfortable house. Like other reviews mention a few more towels / updated linens would be the only thing to add. Otherwise a great stay!
