Perfect for families. House is large with convenient layout. Great outdoor space, nothing fancy, but comfy. Pool was inviting, clean, warm enough and so much fun.Plenty of pool towels.Brand new gas grill, pool toys. Things lacking;No clothes hangers. Only one room has a dresser. No cutlery , (knives) . Need a cutting board. The beds are hard, like sleeping on plywood. Sheets are microfiber not Cotten,, pillows are overstuffed and hard. All rooms quilts were cheerful, soft and clean , Overall, this rental is roomy, stylish. Homey and convenient. They have tried to think of everything you might need. I hope this helps someone out in making a choice for a fun summer trip to this area.

Terrible! We had to clean the bathroom tub in order to use it and there are no plugs for the tubs (so the children could take baths). No bedding on any beds (none found anywhere), only fitted sheet, pillow cases, and a thin quilt on each bed. No toiletries other than hand soap. All the walls are gray and the only decorations are in the den & kitchen. It's looking run down and the siding has melted in the back of the house. For the price, it's unacceptable (especially the to-do list given for check out!). You're better off staying at a hotel because this rental isn't worth your hard earned money. No response from the owner after both the rental company and I attempted to reach them.

Pleasant stay

Everything was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe as well as convenient to anything you could possibly want/need. It was great to be able to sit by the pool and read a book.

Sunrise coffee on the porch

This was an amazing short term stay while our home was being worked on . We are not super fancy people but we did not want to stay in a dump either . This was perfect ! Our pups loved the back yard .

Nice quiet neighborhood

We stayed so we could get together with family for Thanksgiving. Plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Full kitchen allowed us to cook Thanksgiving dinner.Weather was cooler so we didn’t spend time outside but backyard was nice.

Very nice

From the outside you may wonder, but the inside is remodeled and very nice. The decor is basic but met our needs. We rented here because of the pool for the kids and that was perfect.

Great time

Every description was spot on, had no issues and the home is in a beautiful area! Part of why we chose this home was because it had a pool so when we arrived and noticed it had been closed we were a little disappointed but we are from michigan and arent use to 80 degree weather in october . The stay was very nice i would recommend it to others highly!

The pool was the best thing except for the cool weather. Kitchen could use access to hot water. Bathroom in laundry room needed a shower door so the shower curtain didn't attack you. Needed to be a little more homey(lamps, pictures, rug under coffee table)

Family Vacation

The home was immaculate, but we needed more towels and blankets; it was chilly there. The pool is a nice bonus, but it and the screen porch need repairs. Overall my family had a good time. The host is very responsive and kind.

GREAT PLACE

The house was very clean. Missy communicated with me very well. Let me know when lawn care was coming. She had cushions for outside lounge chairs delivered. Would highly recommend!!!

Great Place

I booked this for a client that couldn't be in their home while repairs were going on in their home that prevented them from staying. Everything went so smoothly and my client was happy. Would highly recommend.

Everything was great except for the HARD beds and HARD pillows. Pillows are too thick and very hard. Makes for sore necks in the mornings. Otherwise, it's a great property.

The home was clean but had no table lamps in any room including the bedrooms, just the very bright overhead lights, so it was impossible to read in bed after dark unless the overhead light was on. There were not enough towel sets for the number of beds. There was no propane tank for the grill. I emailed the local host twice regarding that as well had planned to grill dinner, and never had a response. There were no tissue boxes. There was NO product in any of the showers/tubs, no soap, no shampoo and conditioner. The instructions to get into the home were incomplete. The door did not lock as the note on the door stated, and even though I was able to keep trying and eventually lock it once, I couldn’t get the lock to work again. The screen porch screens were ripped in several places so there were wasps and bugs in the porch. There was only 1 trash bag in the smaller trash can in the kitchen for a week’s stay. Same in the trash cans in the bathrooms. The pool was fine and it was nice to have the children’s swing set. There was a small box of used sweetener packets (see photo). There were a few K-cups provided.
