11- Modern Retreat - The Music City Collection

Large Home with open floor plan and private bedroom spaces. This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The 1st level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, living room and powder bath. On the 2ndlevel you have the primary bedroom with two queen beds and ensuite bath, the laundry room, and another bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath. The 3rd level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms with king beds and a hall bath. The living room sofa and sleeper sofa are queen pull out sleepers.

Parking: Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home.

Beautiful house! Very spacious! Loved the rooftop deck and the upstairs mini bar. Perfect amount of bathrooms. House is within walking distance to a liquor store, coffee shop and grocery store. A short Uber/Lyft ride to downtown and the airport!

We were very impressed with our selection! It was a spacious and comfortable stay that all could enjoy each other's company yet still have privacy. Location was not far from Nashville Downtown Broadway with a quick under 10 min uber. Only downfall was the train horns sounding out throughout the night. We would stay here again!

The house is beautiful and new. Spacious, kitchen fully equipped, and our group of 4 adults each had their own bedroom. Our Host Laura was so very accommodating. Uber to downtown was under $10. Great stay, great space.

This property is identical to the pictures. Served as a great home away from home. Loved its proximity to downtown..less than 10 minute Uber ride. Plenty of towels for each bedroom which was nice! Plenty of room for 7 of us to spread out. Ashley and her team were responsive and check in was a breeze. The garage will fit two suvs, but it takes some parking skill! We’d stay here again!

Our stay was great! There were 6 adults, 2 small kids (3&3mo) plenty of room to spread out. We had the kids up on the top floor and below you couldn't hear a peep. Downstairs is great for visiting, plenty of seating and counterspace for food. Garage is also huge perk, especially with it starting to get cool when we visited in October. Another huge perk was having a laundry room, do your laundry before you get home.

We recently stayed at this property with a group of 7 adults for 3 nights. While the description mentioned basic kitchen supplies, we found the actual utensils provided to be quite limited. There were only two wooden spoons and some tongs and spoons from a take-out meal, which made cooking for a group challenging. Additionally, there was only one towel and one washcloth per person, with no extra towels available in the linen closet on the 3rd floor. Furthermore, the garage, as stated, is small and cannot accommodate vehicles larger than a Ford Explorer. If you plan on cooking or require more than one towel per person, we recommend being prepared to bring your own supplies.

Just a couple of things that we wanted to bring to your attention for the next guest. The garage is small, and we drive a full-size truck. Parking was difficult without this knowledge, and you said we couldn't park in the driveway...this was an issue. Both vehicles we had with us had the same issue so this DEFINITELY impacted our experience. We had to leave the garage door open, and it didn't feel safe and at one point the garage door came down on our truck...scratching the hood! Also, the condo across from us parked in the driveway all weekend which made it even harder to get in and out of the garage for us. As you move forward, I would let guests know that full size trucks can't park in the garage easily because if we had know this, we would have brought a different vehicle. The parking situation also made it difficult to invite family over, which is why we were in Nashville, and another reason we rented a condo this big. This was disappointing for the price. Lastly, I feel that a lot is asked of a guest with regard to cleaning up if you are charging a cleaning fee. What is this fee for if we did basically everything except changing the linens?

We stayed here during our girls trip and everyone LOVED it!! The location is perfect and just an easy Uber ride to Broadway and the airport. The house was adorable and clean and plenty of mirrors for all girls to get ready. Also leading up to our stay the host was quick and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!!

Everything went great the whole weekend. Visited a couple local establishments as well as downtown. Place was perfect everyone had their own rooms and could gather together inside or outside. Does need some new and additional cooking pans and silverware but we made it work.

This house was absolutely beautiful! The beds and pillows are amazing so comfortable no one wanted to get out of bed every morning! It’s in a good area with just a short 10 minute drive to downtown. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful, clean three story home located in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are large, Two have private bathrooms. Kitchen has the basics so if your planning on cooking, may need a few extras. Plenty of dishes and glasses. Need car or Uber to town and grocery store. We had a car so drove downtown. Parking on average is 10.00 an hour or 45 for the day. Laura is a super host and was helpful in answering any questions. Would definitely stay again. I slept on third floor and loved being able to get my steps in. You won’t be disappointed.
