One night stay

Clean and comfortable stay fairly close to Broadway. We walked back from the AC/DC concert and felt safe. Our other couple said the train kept them awake, but it didn’t bother us. Overall, condo was as listed. We enjoyed our stay for a one night stay. We would stay here again.

Nashville Stay

Place was very nice. Location was perfect. Walking distance to downtown and LOTS of restaurants. Property manager got back to us right away with the few questions we had.

Nashville Days

We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville. Our accommodations were in a perfect location. It was just a short walk to a pick-up spot for the on and off tour bus and the Nashville Farmers Market. There was ample on-site parking in a safe secure environment. We enjoyed watching the train from the cover patio too. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay!

Great location, clean, comfortable pillows/mattresses. Had everything we wanted - cooked some, mostly went out. Easy to get wherever we wanted.

Great stay and location!

Came for a friends mother/daughter trip. Really enjoyed our stay; location was very close to coffee shops, Walgreens, restaurants, bars, and only about a mile from Broadway. The host was responded to inquiries very quickly and was very accommodating. Loved the patio and felt like it was a safe neighborhood. We didn’t worry about our safety walking anywhere we wanted. We will definitely stay again if we come back!

Cute condo!

Everything was easy about this place to get to and get in. For us to far to walk maybe not for everyone but we just ubered. The condo was cozy and clean! It was perfect for us! Definitely would stay again!

Great stay in Nashville

This was a great place to stay! The unit was exactly as described, very clean, very comfortable. The location was perfect. Close to downtown Broadway - just a quick Uber ride away. If the weather had been warmer we could have walked it as well! We will definitely stay here again!

Great Apartment/Great Location

Overall clean nice space. Was a little far to walk to Broadway and Painters Alley so we did need to Uber. Also the nearby train definitely was loud, so beware if you’re a light sleeper.

Everything was as stated.

The only issue which was fairly minor was louder than normal noise coming from the apartment above us. Not much can be done about that. Apartment, location, check in, and communications were all good. Will stay again if its avilable.

Suggestions

We were a party of 4 adults that stayed for 4 nights. The location was about a 15 minute walk to the heart of Nashville and seemed to be in a decent neighborhood. Unless you live in city with lots of noise, beware the trains do come by several times in the night and did briefly wake us up each time. Disappointed with a few things and would like to make some suggestions to the owner. A VRBO is to be more "personal/homey" than a hotel. Therefore, in the kitchen there should be some essentials for cooking such as: dish cloth, dish towels, scrub pad, butter knives, alum. foil, containers for leftovers, and HOT PADS! (Not sure how we were supposed to do any cooking/cleaning) The place furnished the bare minimum to get by. There was no table to eat/gather at, 6 towels, no extra blankets or kleenex, 1 hair dryer, and 2 dishwasher pods. (Got the impression that we weren't supposed to spend much time at the VRBO) Again, felt like I was in a hotel suite to crash at the end of the night.

Great place close to downtown

This is a great 2br condo that is nicely appointed and has everything you will need. Easy walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Safe neighborhood with secure parking. There is a train track next to the building but we barely heard it in the unit. The host was very helpful and timely with communication. Highly recommended!
