"Overall, very comfortable and pleasant stay. Hotel is spread on 9, 10 and 11th floors on Orange City Mall. Entrance to the lobby is on the rear side. This is overlooking the in/out ramp of the basement parking lot, hence no waiting area.
Room: Comfortable bed, comes with amenities (kettle, water, team, coffee, etc). Compact in size, and ones travelling with heavy luggage may find it cramped. Bathroom is quite compact.
Views: Our room overlooked airport, a highway and Metro train station, but no noise seeped thru the windows. Well insulated.
Parking: Basement parking is available, but it's shared with the mall. Also, the lot is incomplete with lot of construction materials lying around. Inform the parking attendant that you are a guest at hotel. Access to lift from basement is via stairs. "

Please refer my booking had in Hotel Vrindavan, Nagpur, India for the period from 07.01.2025 to 10.01.2025 under Itinerary #72060572461994.
In this regard it is to inform you that Hotel Personal not allowed me to check-in in the hotel on 07.01.2025. They have informed me that they have cancelled my booking and accordingly inform you (Hotel.com) also about the same through their email on 06.01.2025.
I have already raised my problem with you through email on 07.01.2025 and over phone on 07.01.2025 but no support provided from your end.
As the hotel has cancelled my booking and not allowed me to check-in during my stay period, you are therefore requested to refund the amount pre-paid by me to Hotel.com for the same purpose.
