    This home is small but perfect for a beach getaway.
    Beautiful views from the top deck.
    This house is not a five star hotel (that is why it is only $6000 per month)
    But the location to the beach and sunsets you see from the house - 5 Star
    There is an outdoor grill.
    Kitchen has electric stove top and a toaster oven instead of traditional oven.
    There is an air conditioner in the bedroom and can cool down the entire home if needed. The ocean breeze has always worked perfect.
    Walk right to the beach from the house. No parking worries.
    This home is set up for a family of 4. There are no parties allowed, extra guests must get Landlord approval. No Subletting.
