Cava Li Santi Residence takes its name because it was completely dug out of the rock of a Salento quarry and ancient shell fossils emerge from the rocky walls of the structure and the dry stone walls. The walls of the apartments were built respecting the style of the surrounding nature and of the quarry.
Cava Li Santi is a residence with swimming pool located in Santa Caterina (Nardò), immersed in the Mediterranean scrubland of Salento, just a few minutes from the beautiful Gallipoli coastline.
The property consists of 12 apartments (8 studios, 4 one-bedroom apartments) and 1 villa. A partner beach club with sandy beach is available at about 5 km.

Studio Family Apartment for 4 Guests – Interior

Located on the ground floor, the studio is a comfortable open-plan space featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The simple furnishings reflect the warm tones of traditional Salento stone, creating an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator, safe, hairdryer, mosquito nets on the windows, and iron and ironing board available on request.
Pets are allowed with an extra cost.
The price includes: property delivered completely clean and equipped with bed linen and towels, utilities (water - gas for cooking use - electricity), wireless internet connection, bicycles available, use of the swimming pool with sunbeds. For stays longer than a week change of linen and cleaning of the apartment on Saturday.
