About this property

Villa with a pool, near the beaches and the city center.

  • Our 130 m² villa, tastefully renovated and featuring an additional wooden story, has a chalet-style feel with high ceilings and is fully equipped with every comfort.
It’s located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, close to all amenities (downtown, a large shopping center, less than 5 minutes from Les Grands Buffets, and the exit leading to the beaches...).
The neighborhood is also very quiet, which is why loud parties are not allowed!
The kitchen is fully equipped (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer).
Towels and bed linens are provided.
Outdoor parking is free and very convenient.
