This is the third time that we have stayed here over a period of six years. It is a good quality, low budget, hotel with basic, but comfortable, air conditioned rooms, TV, and an ensuite wet room / bathroom. It is well positioned within the Gaeksa cafe / restaurant area of Jeonju, and close to the river where there are walkways and cycleways that take you to the famous Nambu Market. English is rarely spoken in this part of South Korea and the hotel staff did their best to help us during our two week stay. Rooms cost £40 per night and, although breakfast is not available in the hotel, there is a coffee shop on the ground floor, and many coffee shops nearby that serve an excellent brunch.

Gorgeous hotel. Close by Hanok Village. Clean and comfortable. Would book again.

It was 10mins away from villages by walking, but it was good. It was a good walk, not too far. Clean and nice.

We had a nice stay here… the owner was there to greet us when we arrived to check in, and even though we were early, he had our room ready and allowed us to check in early. He was friendly and even gave us a few recommendations of where to visit while we stayed. We stayed in a traditional ondol room, so it was nostalgic for me, having grown up in Jeonju, but if you’re not accustomed to sleeping on the floor, you might want to opt for a room that has a bed. We loved the location since it was located within the tourist area, so there were plenty of shopping and dining options, all within walking distance. We’ll definitely consider staying here again if we visit Jeonju in the future.
