We arrived early but were able to use the car park, which we found very convenient. The room smelt a bit, but it was quite clean, very conveniently located and quiet, so I was satisfied. I would like to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Nara.

Nice hotel with a really good location in relation to Nara Park and important sights. Great city to visit! Within walking distance to streets with many restaurants and shops. Nearby there is also a small lake with a small, copyright udon restaurant and a Starbucks café. Generally a quiet, relaxed atmosphere in the area. We traveled by car and were happy with the free parking in the hotel's parking log, where there is space for about 6 cars. Clean rooms, good beds, large bathroom. You have to remember to hand in the key at the reception when you go out. Generally good service from friendly staff.

Resembles a hostel, not a hotel

Google maps could not find the hotel easily. The room had a bad smell,probably caused by insufficient and superficial cleaning. The floor/tatami mats were sticky. Large room. Will not come back. Location is good, english speaking receptionist

Just a place to stay.

The staff were polite and friendly. Basic amenities were provided. In overall it served as a place to stay overnight. The room was clean. However, the room does not look like a hotel room. Bathroom is unnecessarily big but lacks simple things like towel hanger. The toilet door lock needs maintenance. The curtain is just enough to cover the window. No complimentary water bottles. Electrical appliances are just minimum. The public space oven needs serious cleaning.

Very close to Nara Park, with parking! Staff's English was much better than most other merchants in Japan. No frills, clean place to stay. You're not going to Nara to sit in a hotel room!
