Perfect location, very clean and spacious condo with supplies necessary for a wonderful getaway! Directly across the street from the beach with grocery, souvenir, restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely book again!

Terrific place. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, cozy and just across the street from the beach. The beach equipment was a plus. No complaints. Will probably stay here in the future if available.

This property truly is in the perfect location if you’re not staying on the beach. The walk to the beach was easy. The condo itself had everything you could possibly need and was very comfortable. The property was extremely quiet during our stay. Communication was perfect! I highly recommend this condo - you won’t be disappointed!

I stayed at this condo with my daughter so she could be near friends for her senior spring break. The location is great, as she had some friends at the JW. The walk to the beach was close and easy, and we appreciated the chairs that we available to us in the condo's front closet. The outside area and walk/ride to the condo could use an upgrade, spruce-up. The condo itself was clean and comfortable.

Nice JW Alternative

This is a quiet place to stay for a vacation directly within walking distance from the beach. It worked well for my small family and the host was very communicative. The check in process has you leave a key in an outdoor lockbox on the condos outside door and use a separate key on the door to the condo. This made us very uncomfortable as you don’t know who all has the lockbox code. Besides that it was okay. There was some mold in the bathroom shower, and limits on how much toilet paper and towels you could use without being charged additional, which is pretty tacky. Overall, it felt like a pricey motel and in our opinion, overpriced for the quality. Likely will not stay again.

Best vacation ever! Terrific location!!

Everything was spectacular! The check-in was super simple, the parking was a total Breeze! It was terrific to be able to come and go as I pleased with my car parked nearby. It is exactly as stated, directly across the street from the beach access point. PERFECT LOCATION! Owner was extremely responsive, and helpful! The living space is much more spacious than the photos!! Everything was extremely clean, and fresh. Everything worked well, a delightful veiw of the water in the distance, plus the Beautiful lights on all the palm trees across the street (gorgeous!). I appreciated the ease of getting in and out of the property, not a crowded building, so I was really happy to have plenty of space. Easy walk to the Winn-Dixie and to town. I received all the codes ahead of time, and the extra attention to detail with advice on where to go for additional vacation fun was an added bonus! I used her recommendation and called The Bike Shop. Super easy! They know the building well, they drop the bike off, and locked it up to the bike rack. And they pick it up when you are done= talk about convenient! The apartment is fully stocked in the kitchen, and I had a lot of fun baking Christmas cookies. She has everything you need in the kitchen, a beautiful full wall of windows, with a sliding door to a delightful balcony!! I thoroughly enjoyed having coffee out there every morning! The closet at the front door has every single thing you could dream of to take to the beach!! I grabbed a chair and out the door I went! Extremely, extremely, extremely convenient to walk right across the street = toes in the sand!! The pool was very clean, the tennis court is also new and clean. Inside the apartment I really appreciated the fact that she had additional items in case you forgot. Such as conditioner, sunscreen, Q-tips, dish soap, laundry soap... I did bring all those things, but I sincerely appreciated that these items were actually there. Most rentals are stripped down. I thought it was very gracious of her to have so many supplies at the ready! The living room is huge, bathroom huge, bedroom huge! Large kitchen island. I was delighted to see in a basket under the television that there were game pieces! So I was able to play a few games of chess with my family. Everything worked very well, and I would DEFINITELY come back again!

Property was clean, well appointed and the beach is right across the street! Condo has everything you need for a beach day! Towels, chairs, beach wagon, etc. Lisa was excellent with communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice modest place to stay clean, AC worked great..but it would be nice if they added shampoo conditioner and sheets would be white to look more modern. I mean place was very clean just little touches for it to look newer more modern.

Cute, clean and great location!

We loved our stay in this cute condo and would return and recommend. We found the size just right for the two of us. The condo was clean with a very comfortable king bed and a fully stocked kitchen. The location was conveniently located mid island and across the street from the beach access path. We also liked eating on the balcony. It is covered so if it rains you can still enjoy some outdoor time.

Our stay was great. Communication with owner was excellent. The condo was clean, comfortable and convenient. Beach access was directly across the street. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon provided.

Great Condo and Location!

A great condo for our long weekend on Marco. Perfect location and great alternative to the expensive JW or other beachfront properties. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Condo had everything for the beach, coolers, chairs, umbrella, etc… nice little pool too! Easy parking and check in. Super clean! Will definitely look to stay again.
