About this space
Model home flat lower unit this home is brand new 2021 2/1 flat all is new , over one acre of preserved land very spacious . Pine ridge area so it is a strait shot down the main entrance to Naples with shops and dinning all on Pine ridge rd. off I -75 , 8 miles from famous clam pass beach just 15 minutes away , very easy to navigate pine ridge gets you right into the heart of Naples. Unit on very quiet street one mile ling so easy for walking no street noise. long private drive way.
The space
this place is great because it is brand new 2021 home I built as a builder to host guests , we try and think of everything you need and stock the garage with plenty of items , this is a lower unit so there is a unit above but there is plenty of space with over an acre of land. with other units in the area this is our main job to make all our units top notch.

all lower unit is your space , garage is shared with upstairs unit. plenty of parking as it is over one acre of land.

Not sound proofed between upstairs and downstairs

We stayed for over two and a half weeks and the owner did not have the house prepared with the proper amount of towels or basic supplies like toilet paper or bedding for the trundle bed that was needed per the # of ppl on the reservation. The door stopped locking leaving our supplies unprotected. The host took a long time to reply and made us feel like an inconvenience for having a viable needs. The owner rented the upstairs to a group of people who were up late and then up early with zero regard for the people below them. When we reached out to the host there was no apology or assistance. Then they rented to the same people a few days later and they continued similar behavior. There were several appliances that were not fully functioning and the outdoor furniture was so gross a dog wouldn’t want to sleep on it. There needs to be up keep for the landscaping and the parking situation is a mess. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a rental arrangement!!
