We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake house! The house was nice and clean and fully stocked. The back by the lake is an oasis- my son loved fishing off the dock and the canoe and we enjoyed relaxing in the chairs and hammock. Our contact via the rental agency was very responsive. We can’t wait to come back.

Summer family vacation

The house was a good size and good access to the lake for our pontoon boat. Our family enjoyed the stay.

We just returned from a wonderful four day trip to this lovely home. It is decorated beautifully comfortably and creatively with charming little touches everywhere. The kitchen is a wonderful place to cook, with plenty of counter space and high end appliances. The home is spacious and clean with excellent air conditioning when needed, and the view from the house was just magnificent! There was plenty of comfy seating both indoors and out. There was a canoe with oars and lifejackets for us to use. They were even pickle ball rackets! It was really almost perfect. Just a few things detracted from a 5 star review. The beds were very soft (maybe some people like that). The outdoor area had a lot of mosquitos. And although we knew that there were officially no toiletries included, having stayed in multiple vacation homes over the years we have always found basics in the bathrooms like shampoo, body wash and toothpaste. So coming in late at night and not to have those things was inconvenient. And no coffee (even though there was a coffee maker)! so remember to bring everything you may need even sunscreen. We had a really great time and would definitely come again! Thank you!

Family Vacation

Overall, this is a great place. Plenty of space for the entire family and dog, new, clean, fully stocked with everything you need inside and out. Great screened porch and deck, as well. Truly an excellent house. One thing renters should know is that the cove area where the dock is, is not really swimable. I knew from research that the milfoil was an issue in the cove, but I was hopeful the dock area was clean enough to swim in. The milfoil and weeds are everywhere and abundant so we didn't use the dock for anything but fishing and the boat. Thankfully, we had a pontoon boat and were able to venture out to the main lake to enjoy the water. Boaters should also be aware that the cove is very shallow and should use caution. Aside, from the water front, the vacation was great and the house and yard were perfect!
