  • Great seasonal rental in highly desirable location. Close to restaurants, shopping, theaters, beach, night life and family-friendly activities. High ceilings let in loads of natural light in this large 3 bedroom + loft condo in Naples. Community has a large pool and exercise room.

    *3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2 dens
    -2 kings, 2 twins and 1 sofa bed (den)
    -Foyer, kitchen, breakfast room, family room, covered patio, large closets...
    -3 flat screen Tv's (55" & 50")
    -Tile on the first floor and carpet on second
    -Glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer,...

Lovely Condo!

The condo is spacious, clean and up to date. There is a first floor master suite and 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. The kitchen is well appointed and there is convenient half bath and laundry on the first floor. There is a lanai overlooking the pond on each floor and there is a very nice pool a short walk from the condo. It is also a nice location - close to shops and a 10 minute drive to the beach.

I greatly enjoyed my stay. The property was exactly as advertised. The owner was always available when needed, and he resolved a few minor appliance issues promptly. I recommend this rental.

Winter snowbirds

We were extremely pleased with condo. Very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Max was super helpful when ever we had questions! Mariposa is well maintained, quiet, with a location that is easy to get to everything. We would highly recommend staying here. We loved it!!
