Welcome to Cotton Green! A charming neighborhood within award winning Fiddler's Creek. Enjoy sunsets from your lanai with a serene view of the golf course. The kitchen has white custom cabinetry and a breakfast bar. Fully furnished and decorated with coastal finishes, everything is here waiting for you. Just bring your toothbrush! 2021 Updates include: new HVAC; new exterior paint; new carpet in bedrooms; new washer, dryer and dishwasher. Only a short distance to the club and its resort-style amenities - three pools, full service spa, fitness center, fine and casual dining, just to name a few. You never need to leave the community! But if you do, Fiddler's is located close to Marco Island, beautiful beaches, and Old Naples restaurants and shopping.

Fiddlers in March

The is our second year here and it did not disappoint. The house was spacious and perfect for when our grandkids visited. We all enjoyed the proximity to the resort club’s facilities and the short drive to the Marco Island beach.

Best neighborhood location

Cotton Green is the most conveniently located neighborhood in Fiddlers, being the closest to the Clubhouse, pools Gator Grille, all activities, etc. This is a spacious single family home and not a condo. We loved being a few minutes walk or bike ride to exercise classes, restaurants and all of the activities at the club. This unit is very spacious with an oversized kitchen, dining room and outdoor lanai for easy entertaining. The unit overlooks the beautiful Rookery Golf Course. The neighbors go out of their way to make you and your pet feel welcome. Great spot!

Perfect stay for us

We love Fiddler’s Creek and Julia’s house was perfect for our stay. It was clean, spacious and location was was an easy walk to the main Club. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year.

Wonderful neighborhood

This is an older carriage house property which is more spacious than it appears from the street. The main areas and master bedroom are quite large, the two other bedrooms and bath smaller but very adequate. This is the friendliest neighborhood we have encountered- almost every home on the street has a dog, and ours had a grand time getting to know them all! The community of Fiddler’s Creek is gorgeous. It is located about midway between the Marco Island and Naples beaches.
