What a sweet stay! Ideal location, safe neighborhood, walking distance to everything and quiet getaway from the crowds along 5th Avenue. Great restaurant and bar practically next door.Janet was the consummate host. Quick response to questions and everything that we could possibly need was in the condo.

This charming retro style condo is in a perfect Old Naples setting. It's location is within walking distance to 5th Avenue S, home to great restaurants, shopping and galleries. Nearby is Tin City, a tourist destination as well as launching ramps for boat tours. Our condo was a delightful surprise. Comfortably furnished, plus top grade kitchen appliances. It is clean, neat and well kept. Laundry is just a step away. The host is also excellent at communication and a pleasure to work with. This was our second time staying at this condo and we look forward to being back next year. Overall, it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy Naples.

Lovely condo in an excellent location. Easy walk to town and beaches. Extremely attentive owner thought of everything (waters, beach towels, coffee, bowl of chocolates), far surpassing what we have found in other rentals. Definitely would stay there again.

Immaculate accommodation, perfect for two and easy access and central to the surrounding area and local restaurants. Beach access and evening sunsets a pleasant walk. Outstanding communication with the host and very flexible.

Great location!

Awesome place all around! Walk to the beach or walk to 5th Ave, everything is close by! Janet was very accommodating and even provided towels/chairs for the beach! Place was very clean and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Property was as advertised & host was very responsive before & during stay. Place was clean & kitchen was good for simple vacation cooking. It was nice to have enough basic supplies - garbage bags, toilet paper, etc for the week. We especially appreciated numerous beach towels, umbrellas, cooler on wheels!!

Wonderful condo conveniently located to everything!

My daughter and I had a wonderful mother/daughter weekend in Naples, and we loved this condo. It was perfect for us- walked to everything! We walked to all of the restaurants and shopping in Olde Naples, and we also walked to the beach. The condo has been recently updated with a beautiful new kitchen and bathroom along with new furnishings which was an extra bonus, and Janet was such a great host-so responsive and helpful! Will definitely keep this condo in mind for the future.

A peacefull choice

If you are looking for a ‘HOME BASE’ to explore the Naples area this is a good choice. Clean, simple & quiet. Easy to get to with easy access to main roads, yet located in a residential area so you are not dodging traffic during you morning walks. Not a lot to do at the unit but there is considerable things to do within easy walking & biking distance. Our stay went well so we did not have an occasion to interact with our hostess during our stay. Leading up to our stay Janet was very quick to respond to our questions and helpful. We would stay here again.

The condo was clean and recently renovated. It was in a good location, within walking distance to 5th Avenue restaurants and shops. Janet was a good communicator and we would definitely stay at her place again.

Place was nice with all the necessities, little touches were nice as well. Sometimes you gotta bring it all but things for beach, extra towels etc were provided. Really nice to have small bottles of lotion, shampoo, etc. Not expected but welcomed😀 Place is a skip & a hop away from everything you need. Really great location. Owner very responsive & friendly. Quiet location & beautiful surroundings.

Dreamy Amazing Rental! Great Location and Host!

I cannot even begin to say enough good about this rental and Janet. I think I will run out of characters. The condo was redone even though In my opinion looked great before! What a surprise! Janet is amazing… her communication is impeccable. This was a very special trip for myself and some friends and she made it even more special. I cannot recommend her place enough. I will definitely be back. Great location. Great price…great everything…if you are coming to Naples you need to stay here- I come a-lot and no other place I have stayed has compared. Thank you thank you thank you Janet! I can’t thank you enough for a great weekend!

Wonderful location.

This condo was just perfect. Except for a visit from my sister and brother-in-law for a week, it was just me here. The owner had a huge task getting the condo renovated after Ian, but finished on time and it looks great. And the location was walkable to Fifth Avenue and Third Street venues, and the beach.

Great location

This is a nice small condo that worked well for our family. The two bedrooms are adjoined by the bathroom which suited my family's needs just fine. Janet provided our check-in details well enough in advance and was very responsive with the one question we had.

Great Location!

Janet was very accommodating during the booking process; location is walking distance to everything. Welcome snacks and having some staple items readily available when we arrived was an added touch! Outlet locations and Jack and Jill style bathroom were a bit of a challenge for us but we made it work.

Wonderful location!

Short walk to the beach, dining and shopping. Owner was very accommodating and responded immediately to any questions. Lots of extra touches which we greatly appreciated and had everything we needed to enjoy a day at the beach! Definitely recommend!

Like a Home away from Home

Property manager was so great. Snacks, water, masks, hand sanitizer, info on sights in Naples. She even got us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. The condo was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. A great way to see all that Naples had to offer.

PERFECT!! Amazing location

We had an AMAZING experience in Naples. The condo was just as pictured and very comfortable for our family. It was located in a beautiful area with walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The beach is about a mile away, however we took our car because he had our beach gear. The owner was very pleasant and flexible to work with. Thank you Janet! She even left us some goodies to enjoy while we were there. We will definitely come back!
