「This house was excellent. Very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need. Also had plenty of towels for the family. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet. Very easy to get to Penn Yan by car in a few minutes. We will definitely rent this property again.」

「Enjoyed the stay, great accomodations. (You may want to spray for wasps behind shutter near gas grill. We had no issue with the bees but avoided them due to having a person allergic to bees with us. Also, door handle to deck door is loose and did come off. Just needs tightened with Allen wrench) 」

「My family and friends have been staying here every year. The house is very cozy and has great amenities, The lakeside location is beautiful! Kayaks are available for a paddle on the lake. There is also fire pit lakeside to enjoy in the evening. The house has an on demand water heater so everyone has a hot shower at the end of the day. We are so happy we have been able to make this house our home one weekend a year.」
