"Great location & communication with host, but the place was very rough around edges and overall dingy. The bathrooms and sheets were clean but it didn't appear that the carpeted bedrooms had been vacuumed. Dirty microwave and dirty utensils in the kitchen drawers. Pock marks and scuffs on the walls in multiple rooms. I expected better accommodations for the price we paid. "

"The hot tub was clean and warm Jets were spotty in terms of them working or not. The odor was a bit much at first, but I did get used to it quickly. It was not an issue. Having guests above you and being able to hear them walk around is important to be aware of, but was not an issue. Could be for others. Overall, great location for the price and very comfortable living space large bedroom, and bath make this a perfect couples retreat or small family."

"This house was just perfect for our crew of 12. My husband and myself had our own little suite away from the 10 , 20 something’s we traveled with! It had everything you would need, Right by the ocean with miles of beach front walking paths. I would highly recommend this rental. "
