景色の良いホテルでした。朝食では美味しいエスプレッソを出してくれて良い滞在になりました。景色の良い分坂がきつい為、駅から歩いてホテルに行くのはかなり大変かもしれません。

"Paradiso"? LOL "INFERNO"

If you wish to enjoy the wonderful view of Naples,just head to public observatory on the Posillipo Hill by taxi or funicolare and STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. 1."Real Seaview" exists in only few rooms on 4th floor or rooftop restaurant and lower floors are completely different from hotel advertise on the Hotels.com website. In my case I was assigned the room on 3rd floor but nasty old building block my sight from balcony so would not be able to have what expected for. Even though you booked and paid for "Seaview" in advance,YOU SHOULD BE CAREFUL,you may get "Partial Seaview". Notice that dishonest frontdesk will react with rage and insist you "Seaview category also includes 3rd floor". 2.You can never sleep whole night once other guests make noise on the corridor due to poor soundproof doors. 3.Frontdesk employees will refuse to do cleaning your private bathroom even if you find EXCREMENT upon your arrival! 4.In spite of they promised to contact you from their duty manager after your departure,you will be completely neglected forever! If you wish not to ruin your holiday in South Italy,DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Unfortunately you choose here and suffer from terrible treatment,tell the leader of restaurant team,not to the such a hopeless 4 Star hotel frontdesk. Then he can offer you some beverage for compensation!

ナポリ風景を部屋からみるには最適です。朝食などもテラスで素晴らしい景色のもとでブッフェがいただけます。部屋自体はきれいでしたがバスルームは少し不便でした。ロケーションは基本的にタクシーがメインです。最寄り駅までは15分以上かかります。近場にはレストランは数件しかないです。スタッフは皆さん親切でした。英語ができれば何にも問題にです。

ロビー・レストランからの見晴らしは最高

客室は1階（ロビーは4階、レストランは5階）だったので海側だったが見晴らしはゼロ。部屋はきれい・新しい。設備は十分（ただバズタブはなくシャワーのみ、シャワーヘッドは大きいタイプ）。スタッフは陽気で親切。特にレストランのギャルソンは非常に陽気で楽しい。朝食は有料（6ユーロ）だが、非常に充実。宿泊料金はリーゾナブル。周りにお店は少ない。特に飲み物や食品を気軽に購入できる店がなさそう。

世界三大夜景

『ナポリを見て死ね』と言われるポジリポの丘からの夜景。女子旅でしたので安全面を考慮し、ホテルからこの夜景を観たかったので泊まりました。立地の面でこのホテル一択でした。結果、大満足！ 15号室にはテラスがあり、夜景を観ながら、ナポリやカプリ島での思い出に浸れ、最高の夜を過ごせました。朝食も、たった2ユーロの追加で美味しいブッフェが食べられました。中心地からは遠いので、夜景を重視する方に薦めます。私たちはナポリ最終日に泊まり、大満足でした♪

最高の眺望

ナポリ湾を見渡せる眺望は最高。朝食会場ともなるレストランからの眺めは贅沢な気分を感じさせるまさにパラディッソ。シービュー以外の部屋を予約すべきでない。壁ビューになってしまい天と地の差。

設備は標準的だが、景色とスタッフのホスピタリティから、また利用したいと思う

部屋は広くないし、バルコニーも隣と近いので、素晴らしい景色を眺められるがリゾートというより実用的印象を受けました。しかし、スタッフが気持ちよく接してくれて（とくにParadiso blancoレストラン）、心地よく宿を後にしました。

待ちに待ったナポリ最高

今回初ナポリで、ともかく景色重視でこのホテルを選びました。天気にも恵まれ、本当にナポリの素晴らしい景色を目に焼き付けて来ることができました。たしかに、サンタルチア、スパッカナポリ、カプリへの船の桟橋、鉄道駅まではタクシーを使うことになりましたが、朝、昼、夜の３つのナポリの代表的な景色を堪能できたので大正解でした。「ナポリを見て死ね」とはこういう景色なのかと納得です。

View was amazing. Breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. Dinner options at hotel restaurant were very limited. Wait staff seemed irritated we took more time than they wanted to look at the menu and decide. Front desk staff answered our questions and helped us get a cab, but they really didn't seem happy to do so. Nothing is walkable to this hotel. Overall the view and breakfast were great, rooms were nice, but we wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent positon and view. Very good breakfasts. Dining good but limited menu. No proper bar in the hotel so we went to the one opposite, but that closed at 9 pm. The last funicular from Mergellina and its restaurants was at 10 pm, thereafter taxis had to be taken. Although the view from the terrace was spectacular, the view from my room was just a large wall!

Rooms are really small. Breakfast is poor. The only great thing is the view from the restaurant. The property is up on a hill and it is really inconvenient to move around.

Stunning room view! No dinner options and area in Naples is not great and super trashy. Staff could be friendlier. Our neighbors stayed up all night drinking and smoking on their patio..super noisy and rude.

Lautes Geräusch der Klimaanlagen die ganze Nacht hindurch (auch wenn die zimmereigene Klimaanlage aus ist). Es ist also nichts für Leute die nachts Ruhe erwarten. Die Putzfrauen nehmen sehr viel chemisches Putzmittel wodurch die Zimmer nach dem Reinigen sehr nach Chemie stinken und zwar auch noch abends. Beim Betreten des Zimmers musste ich deswegen husten. Das Zimmer eines Freundes in einem anderen Stockwerk hatte das gleiche Problem. Ich konnte das Problem jedoch mit Trinkgeld und einer bitte das Mittel in meinem Zimmer nicht mehr zu benutzen lösen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ziemlich gut, das Personal freundlich. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein, aber für den Preis akzeptabel.

We spent 3 nights in the hotel and the noise level was the worst I have ever experienced, guests continuously banged doors until the early mornings and then again as they departed in the early hours. The hotel is situated high up on a hill, there are no facilities in the immediate area, you are required to take a taxi every time you wish to go to the city centre. The photos on the website look like the hotel is on the level across from the Marina, however this is misleading . On a positive note, the staff in the restaurant are first class and the reception staff are helpful and friendly..

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over many years. It has been updated and is very clean and comfortable. The views of the bay of Naples are stunning. The restaurant and roof top bar are very enjoyable.

I loved the gorgeous views from Hotel Paradiso looking over Naples and all the way over to Sorrento. It was quiet at night which was nice, and the food and drinks at the terrace restaurant were enjoyable! The only difficulty was that with the way the roads are in Naples, the location felt a bit far from the 'heart' of Naples. We really did enjoy our stay here after getting engaged in Rome, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Naples in the future.

The views for the seafront were amazing. The room was clean as well. Location is very hard to get to. Also some electrical issues there as well. When we checked in the lights were not working in the room. We had also arranged for a driver through the hotel. Somehow we were unable to find him and we were left taking a taxi.The pool is also an appointment only pool. So unless you book it you cannot utilize it.

Ikke slik som forventet. Badebassenget er veldig lite så det er egentlig som et lite barnebasseng. Det er kun to solsenger som er gjennomsivet av svette og veldig skitten. De har plassert en stor maskin i bassengområde som bråker verre enn å være i et fly. Pass på at du heller ikke får rom vendt mot denne siden. Da blir det lite søvn grunnet støy. Gardinene er ikke store nok så blir veldig lyst på rommet. Maten på restauranten leverer heller ikke etter hva som skulle forvente

My son and I stayed for our 18th and 50th birthday celebrations. Staff were ok but prior to arriving we were told we would get a complimentary bottle of champagne. That never arrived. Nothing special was done for our birthday's either. Also for 2 days I complained about our shower tray filling up to the max when taking a shower. It was repaired slightly but still filling up and we weren't offered to change our room or anything.
