"Position of the hotel was great. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. We were given a ground floor room, and it just felt dingy and dark. Gave me the ick abit. However the room was clean and bed comfy. If we were in a higher room I think I would of felt very different, and we might of got one of the last rooms as we did not book until fairly recently. Overall I would not be put off from staying again."

Hôtel la Capelle

10/10 Excellent

"Hotel la Capelle is a great place to stay if you are visiting Millau. It has an excellent location right in the center of the downtown and is walking distance to many restaurants and sites. The room was large and very comfortable. It was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in on our trip around Occitanie. Parking was nearby and reasonably priced. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and the cook even made us scrambled eggs. The best thing about Hotel la Capelle is the staff. We received a friendly greeting upon arrival and they were able to get our room ready early. We had a problem on our last day when we lost our parking ticket. It was Sunday and there was no one in the garage to help us. One of the hotel staff came down to the garage with me (without even being asked) and spoke to the intercom explaining our situation in French (which would have been difficult for me). He got them to open the gate for us and we were on our way! Thanks again for taking such great care of us!"

"This hotel was motorbike themed but don't let that put you off. A wonderful position next to a free car park, the river, bars and restaurants made for an extremely elaxing stay. The room was very good value at £40 per night in mid-September. The boat excursion trip along the Gorge du Trn is booked and starts right opposite - not to be missed."

"We had a short stay for two nights here, all good. The owner was really friendly and a good host. The terrace has nice view and the small walk to the mountain top offers a great view of the surroundings. The nearby Lac du Salagou is great for spending a day on and near the water. Lovely location, very relaxed."

"Ibis Hotel Millau Bridge Staff brilliant and check in was available at 2:30pm on arrival. The male member of reception staff assisted my friend who had a problem with his motorcycle by recommending a nearby motorcycle repair shop that fixed his problem. Clean and comfortable room and a very nice breakfast. It would have been nice if we had been informed of the pool closure before our arrival. Well done Ibis Millau Viaduct "
