Lakefront, Spacious Townhome: Walk to Marina

Free covered slip for use during any stay in 2024! This HUGE lakefront townhome (>3,000 sq ft) has it all! Recently purchased and updated beginning in October 2021, it has 5 bedrooms & 3 full baths (1 on each floor) situated right above the lake at the entrance of Lee's Ford Marina. The home provides breathtaking views from everywhere, including each of the 3 decks (main floor deck is screened in w/ BetterVue invisible screen) and has brand new carpet upstairs and in the master. Beyond the views, there's lots of space with 8 beds, 2 large sectionals, pool & card tables, board games, 4 flat screen TVs (including 75" in family room, 1 in master, 1 in basement and 1 in upstairs bunk bed/queen bed room), 2 full size refrigerators (1 in garage), and a large front yard & driveway that can fit at least 4 cars or a small boat/trailer. Location wise, we are the most northern part of the lake making it the quickest point you can reach Lake Cumberland coming down 75 from the north! Once here, the Marina is walkable (or take the shuttle that drops you off right at our driveway Th-Sun). We’re also only a 12 min drive to the city of Somerset that has 2 Kroger’s and tons of food/drink options (we also are across the street from a liquor store with a huge selection). Get the best of both worlds pairing this awesome house with the best location you can get! Need help securing a boat slip at the Marina for your stay? Just give the marina a call!

Perfect weekend

Our family of 11 stayed for a long weekend and this property was perfect for us. Clean. Beds were nice. Kitchen well appointed. Two refrigerators made food and drink storage easy. Kids loved the pool table. Easy access to the Marina. Great view!

Awesome stay!

This is the perfect place to stay to boat on Lake Cumberland. We brought our boat and it was so easy to park the trailer in the very long driveway. The owner let us use his slip in the neighboring marina and we were able to launch free of charge. The home was immaculately clean and exactly like the pictures. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets. Everything in the house worked perfectly. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, lots of dishes for our group of 9. Check in and out was super easy and smooth. The owner was very friendly and answered all our questions right away. I can't think of a single thing that could have been better. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Fun times

Came down for a week with my siblings and our children. Fit us all easily. A group of 9 and really we could’ve fit a couple more people if needed. Property def can hold twelve as the listing says. They had plenty of beach towels so when we rented a boat or went to the water park we had that covered. Less than a minute walk to the liquor store on the street. Marina is within walking distance (although there are no sidewalks so I would drive or use the shuttle). The harbor restaurant was near and a fun place to eat at. The views from the house are stunning. 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 on the ground floor, and one in the basement. Everything was very clean. They had corn hole boards and a grill. The patio on the ground floor is netted which was nice for us with the kids and keeping the bugs away. Tv was huge and couch was big enough for us to have a family movie night together comfortably. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Overall very comfortable and nice accommodations for us. Would visit again. The one time I had a question for the hosts they got back to me quickly.

Beautiful property, beautiful views! Super clean, super modern and decorated very tastefully. Stocked with more than most rentals. Harbor restaurant very close. Will definitely stay again when in the area. 👍😎

You cannot get closer to a marina!

Large enough house for ten of us with two grandchildren 2 and 5 years old. Large kitchen so the crew we had didn’t bump into each other while preparing different menus. The additional refrigerator in the garage was used solely for adult beverages and that was a plus. Host was very accommodating in many ways. Thank you so much Jon and Steph for making this a very meaningful trip for our family. May God bless.

Perfect for extended family trip

This is a great house and location for all ages to enjoy with plenty of space to spread out. We stayed with two older adults (75+), two teens, a young child and 2 adults and everyone enjoyed their space. The location was close enough to walk to the marina, which was great for the teens to have some independence. We rented a pontoon boat from the marina for a day and really enjoyed it. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing Location and very clean and comfortable!

My husband and I stayed here with 3 other couples during Memorial Day weekend 2022. The townhouse is beautiful and very large! Plenty of room for all of us to cook, dine, play games and hang out! The host was wonderful! Very attentive and helpful. We had one small issue at the beginning of our stay, and he had it corrected within the hour. Great response time! The bedrooms are all nice and roomy with very comfortable beds! There is lots of space for everyone and the kitchen had all the comforts of home. The screened deck was awesome and sturdy and the view was beautiful! Great location right next to Lee's Ford Marina, which has a great restaurant and bar and even had live music on Saturday night! There is a shuttle that takes you back and forth from the marina to the townhouse that is always running. Lots of fun! We will definitely stay here again!
