"Hotel is nice but starting to wear. Cleaning staff missed some important steps in cleaning our room. Overall, great location and friendly front desk staff. Breakfast team were very friendly and accommodating."

"This hotel is stunning. Beautifully designed, indoor and outdoor spaces, you will love it. The staff, especially Marshall was so incredibly kind and helpful. "

"Good infrastructure. Housekeeping staff performance below standard. Towels were never replenished in one week stay. Floor mat was not even picked up. Tea and coffee was not replenished. Had to call housekeeping every night. Breakfast sausage was raw every morning. Nice location. "

"The staff was consistently kind and attentive, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by a persistent and unpleasant odor coming from an open sewer line that was covered with plywood. At times, the smell was overwhelming and made my stay uncomfortable. I was especially concerned for the office staff, whose workspace is located very close to this area. While the accommodations were modest, this issue detracted noticeably from what could otherwise have been a pleasant stay. "

"Incredibly weird room. Having the toilet and sink on one side of the bed and the shower on another is not practical. Would be great to have a door on the toilet. And not one area to put a shaving kit- o vanity space , shelf , hooks. Not even a place to hand a towel. Lots of windows up high means your room is flooded with light , not great if you are trying to sleep in. And although breakfast was delicious, it took over 30 minutes to arrive. The staff were friendly and professional, the best part of the stay. "
