"A great accommodation in the middle of nowhere where you have the feeling that you are the only persons on planet Earth. The cottages are beautiful, the staff very friendly and accommodating and the food, especially the dinner, was very tasty!"

"Die Lage der Lodge ist einzigartig. Das wird einem schon bei der Anfahrt bewußt. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick in das "Valley of a thousands Hills", ob man vor seiner Hütte sitzt und ins Tal schaut oder im Pool einen Rockshandy genießt. Wer Einsamkeit sucht, sollte hier mehr als eine Nacht bleiben. Unsere Hütte war liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber."

"Great cottages, well equipped and close to Sossusvlei park. The dinner buffet at Sossusvlei Lodge was also great with many options. We recommend to take a breakfast basket from Sossusvlei Lodge with you and have breakfast in the park which is a wonderful experience!"

"Beautiful spot to stay for a few nights around Soussevlei. The rooms have everything you need are clean comfortable and well appointed. There is ample space and everything you need for a self catered stay. Breakfast and dinner are avaliable at the sister lodge a few kms down the road. The food and service was excellent but its good to time your meals so you are not surrounded b y the busloads of tourists staying there- go a little later for dinner and breakfast! "

"Die Berglandschaft ist sehr schön. Die Zelte überhitzen sich in der Sonne sehr stark. Die Terassenüberdachung ist sehr kurz. Man findet keinen Schatten. Ein Kühlschrank oder eine Minibar ist nicht vorhanden. Die Außenplätze des Restaurants haben ebenfalls keinen Schatten. Die Möglichkeiten der Aktivitäten beschränken sich auf einen Sunrise Drive oder einen Sundowner. Der vorhandene Pool ist sehr stark gechlort. Ein mehrtägiger Aufenthalt empfiehlt sich nicht."
