It would be good to highlight that this is a love hotel. Staff were not at the desk and signage was not clear about where the front desk was. The room was large and clean, but because this grandmother didn’t know the kind of hotel, she was surprised by adult vending machines in the room, a massage chair, and intimate objects. The bathroom was large and clean and Cinderella themed. A good surprise was the curling irons in the bathroom area. Location was an industrial area next to a train track.

The hotel is right next to Uno Station, and having a convenience store nearby made it extremely convenient. Everything in the room was high-quality and thoughtfully selected, with a great sense of style that made the space feel very comfortable. The staff spoke excellent English and provided warm, polite service. The nearby Tama no Yu onsen was amazing and truly one of the highlights of the stay.

Hotel incorporated into a velodrome away from the port but easy walk to catch the ferry to the islands. Lunch and dinner menu's offered are not up to Japanese standard so you need to eat at Uno port unless you want fried food. Breakfast okay but no fresh fruit. A word of warning even if you just want a drink at the restaurant after your day you need to book at reception on your return to the hotel. Also need to book shuttle if you want transfer to Uno station on any day. Bike hire available for taking on the ferry for Island tours. Rooms small so travel light as no room for larger suitcases.

Place was clean and appreciated having 3 beds instead of one bed and one futon. Was near the station and easily walkable to local eateries. Check in was smooth and would recommend for others to stay here.

The room was oddly shaped like a L and the toilet was one step too elevated to be safe. Nighttime toilet visits could get dangerous if you misstep in your sleepiness. The room opens up into a narrow corridor with the bed right at the end in a bigger space. Other than that, the location is splendid and shopping/food is readily available nearby, in fact BIC is just below the hotel. Good for a night's stay. Hotel staff are very helpful and speak English well. Pls continue with your excellent service. PS: To enter the hotel, turn right at the junction when you cross over from the train station and go round the building until you arrive at the hotel lobby.
