"The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. "

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa very much. The villa is equipped with all the essentials and makes for a very comfortable stay that caters for all ages. The host was incredibly helpful and advised on great places to visit during our stay. I would definitely recommend the villa for a relaxing time away from life's hustle and bustle."

"Lovely colonial building and loved every corner of the hotel. Bathroom is quite large and very clean. Bedroom is nicely set similar to Victorian style. Even the windows are soundproof, it was not easy to get few hours of sleep on Friday night. Shared the concern with the hotel management. Maybe rooms facing the Main Street needs more strong sound proofing system. "

Windsor Palace Luxury Heritage Hotel Since 1906 by Paradise Inn Group

"The staff were lovely. We were welcomed with a drink and sweet snack while we were waiting to check in. We arrived very early, but they accommodated us by giving us a main floor room - which was lovely, but quite noisy from traffic, until check in time when we were given a fabulous room on the 5th floor. It’s an old hotel with lots of character. The view from our balcony was spectacular. The breakfast and light dinner options were great and the meals in the cafe were very good - service was a little slow - the violinist was exceptional. I would stay here again. "
