Being close to the airport and the national park was excellent! Room service did a great job and the only small complaint is that getting picked up at the airport was not curbside, but we had to walk for quite a while to a parking garage to find the car with the driver.

I was arriving early in the morning from Safari and the staff made every effort to successfully allow me to check into my room HOURS before regular check in time, for which I was incredibly grateful!! The room and the bathtub was well taken care of, so were the towels, counter etc. The warning about using the non-slip mat in the tub IS IMPORTANT. Very slippery when wet and with soap. One issue: The window needs to have a covering as the afternoon sun acts as a greenhouse and the room heats up. The AC does not cover the increase in temperature. The shuttle is a frank ripoff at $25 each way. We used UBER at 600 Kshs one way. Bolt is about the same price.
